Best Maintenance Hvac in Baltimore MD

Victor was kind but misleading. He arrived at 12:30pm and quoted me $1,183 to replace an ice box connection behind the refrigerator. I was shocked with the price. Thinking more costly repairs require more time my next question/comment was to ask how long would the repair take? I explained that I had to leave at 1:40pm to take my son to baseball. Victor replied that he would need to get the piece and return to install. He said the job would take 4 hours. I said okay and he went and returned with the part at 1:38pm. I left to take my son and returned at 2:20pm and Victor was sitting in his van. I spoke to him and he said the job was already done! My first thought was a $30 part that took 35 minutes to replace should not cost $1,183!

I came home to a leak from a burst pipe on Monday afternoon, I was in touch with Taft plumbing by that evening and they were here the following morning. The issue was fixed by early Tuesday afternoon. The technician arrived ahead of time, and he was made short work of the damage. He was responsive, answered all of my questions, and did a fantastic job. 10/10 recommend.

The worse Experience ever.The election give me an estimate, for 679$!!!I just had that problem fixed today for 50$.I feel like the company try to take advantage of all the woman who speaks broken English.Not recommended

I was impressed with how fast the job was done and I will use Stokes Plumbing and Mechanical for all of my future plumbing needs. I am already a repeat customer! I had a leaky faucet repaired and a new bathroom vanity installed.

I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

Great experience with Lee Brothers, they removed and replaced an old sewage line from the second story bathroom all the way to the basement. Like most plumbers they don't do drywall repair but the prices were very competitive in the Baltimore area. Ill definitely use them again.

No negative surprises. The tech was very friendly and experienced. He saved me thousands of dollars by being honest and trustworthy . I hired BMC to get a second opinion and am glad I did. T&D Plumbing was contracted by NPL to disconnect, move and reconnect several A/C compressors as they did their work on the BGE gas line upgrade in my neighborhood in Bolton Hill. It was our great, good fortune to have had Jeff Martin and Ralph Collins to do the work for each of us. They both have a great sense of humor and respect each other beyond compare. They told each of us clearly and simply what they needed to do, what they saw in the condition of the units and assured us that the compressors would be fully functioning after their work is done. It is my experience that you get the bare minimum in such sub-contracted work. NOT SO WITH THESE TWO GENTLEMEN! They cleared leaves in my unit and washed it down and checked with gauges pressure and coolant levels and topped off. It is the nature of our yards that there is not much room to move. These guys found nothing to be a problem and offered their insight and suggestions as to what to expect from my older compressor and how to lengthen it’s life. I will definitely keep these guys and T&D Plumbing in my contacts!

I can't say enough positive things about the A J Michaels team. I'm sure there are a lot of companies that will happily install an HVAC system, but A J Michaels actually listened to what I needed and came up with a system solution that met my needs. It included some new duct work, as well as the HVAC. The crew was punctual, polite, and efficient and left the area clean when they finished. I am so pleased and do highly recommend the company.

Abend Plumbing is a phenomenal company! My daughter owns an OLD house - virtually nothing to code and the two gentlemen from Abend Plumbing came in and had to deal w/so many issues yet proceeded in such an efficient, professional, caring manner. I HIGHLY recommend them - they are HONEST, RELIABLE and REASONABLY priced!! They are the only ones I will use!!
