Best Main Line Replacements in Baltimore MD

We have been using this company for 6 years now. From water heater replacement, pipe relocations and plumbing leaks. I always get a quick response and they are out usually that day.

I called them came out right away, did an amazing job I have no drain pipe out of my house, also had another company come out 3 times told me I had to strip my basement floors and much more work up to at least 5000 electric ell .came did about 45 min of work for my problem less then 300 bucks thanks to my co worker recommending yall 10 stars hands down I guess I owe my co worker lunch and dinner

I called for a broken faucet. Small job but these guys were out the day after the call. Super super friendly and excellent customer service. Explained everything in detail and I didn’t have to take out a second mortgage which is always a bonus. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Stephen for your plumbing needs.

Mr. Lou is professional, explained what he was going to do and completed the job in a timely manner. He answered all questions I had and gave me some helpful suggestions regarding facets and drains. Will use this company again when I need plumbing repair.

Great work, fast service, experienced and knowledgable team. I first worked with Fitz Mechanical 8 years ago when we installed a new boiler in our home. We called several companies and Fitz had the best pricing. I've since worked with them many times over the years for various HVAC and plumbing services, they've always been fast, reliable and done a quality job.

When our reliable plumber retired, we were not sure where to turn. Nick was recommended by a neighbor. One visit is all it took to convince us we found our new plumber. Nick has been out twice for different plumbing issues. He is professional, reliable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I found Abbott Brothers Plumbing & Heating through Bradford White's warranty contractors lookup page and sent a service request through the portal. The owner contacted me VERY quickly and said he could send a tech out within a few hours.

My service tech was Alex. He was professional, friendly, on time, answered all the questions I had, and even gave me a few tips for future water heater maintenance that I could do on my own if I so chose.

The labor cost was a bit pricier than I thought it would be when I got the invoice, but it was well worth the excellent and expeditious service I got from Abbott. Hopefully I won't need any more plumbing services at my home, but I'll definitely use Abbott again if I need assistance!

I had an appointment this morning and they called me just before 8:00 and I thought great until they called back and stated they called the wrong customer, no big deal. They said someone will be at my home in the next hour. I called back around noon and was told the plumber was still at the first job. Being foolishly optimistic I believed the representative when I was told someone was still coming. Around 3:45 I call again because no one showed up. I was then told she was going to give the job to someone else but he won’t arrive until later. Well at this point I became very familiar with later. My window was 6:00-10:00. Guess what? Nothing , no one showed up, no one called and I called and left 2 messages. I wish I would have read the reviews first, but hopefully I can help someone else.

The worst. I had these guys install a water heater for me based on positive reviews. Fast forward a couple years the unit is leaking and not working. Had two other companies come out bc needed service right away. Was told by both that unit was improperly installed causing the leaks. Called Bahr and explained the situation. They didn't even want to come out for two weeks to even look at it. I threw a fit so they came out took pictures. Didn't even call me to review. I called them and was told this just happens and they're not at fault and won't help. Awful workmanship and awful customer service. Save your time and money.

I was in need of professional plumber to check on a clogged kitchen sink. Eric from Landon Plumbing came out to take a look at it. He is very kind, knowledgeable, professional and communicates well his customers. It was a great overall experience. He kept me informed on what he was doing and even gave advice to avoid future issues. I highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you for your service.

SLS SERVICES IS A SCAM! DO NOT USE. My mother who is on a fixed income paid SLS Services for a new furnace and a chimney liner. For months, she was unable to get Justin Turner nor his assistant Fritz on the phone. She left messages and texts. NO REPLY. I decided to gently reach out to Justin and Fritz and again more of the run around. I was told several times by Fritz that he would get out to us the past weeks and DID NOT. BE WARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
