I had a wonderful experience using Ace Plumbing. Joe arrived within an hour of my call for help. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had my drain issue fixed in no time. Great people, great service, what more could you want!

On time, great communication, and the two guys that came kept me updated every time they found an issue. They made sure to show me the problems and explain to me what was wrong. They also found a simple solution to an issue another while fixing my shower that another company didn’t catch! Will definitely be on my speed dial for any plumbing issues.

I had a very disappointing experience with Nick. He was paid to fix a plumbing issue, but not only did he fail to resolve the problem, but he also caused additional damage in the process. I was left with broken fixtures, no resolution to the original issue, and the worst part is I prepaid for the work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this plumber and would advise others to be cautious when considering his services.

I highly recommend Spiro with Empire Plumbing & Heating LLC. He recently fixed a leak in my kitchen sink and did an excellent job. He is very reliable, knowledgeable and punctual.

Diverter on shower blew out over weekend and needed to be replaced and needed new shutoff valves put in. Only issue is that the fixtures on the shower/tub that were replaced did not match the shiny chrome fixtures I had currently in the shower/tub or rest of bathroom. I sent 2 emails to the company and got Thanks for your feedback emails but no responses. Would give 5 stars if I would have been told that the stuff would not match or we can come back to swap it back/install new at a later date.

I contacted this company for an estimate to repair the pipe in my main bathroom. The technician came, the fee was $69, my husband paid in cash, then I got a bill for the same $69. I was unaware that my husband had already paid and I paid the invoice. When I contacted the company my $69 was refunded. I was feeling pretty good about the company, believing it was a honest mistake. However, I ask how long does it take to receive the estimate, I was told 24 hours. After 72 hours, I called to inquire about the estimate, I was told that the technician was working on it and I would get it in 24 more hours. Needless to say, I received the estimate. When I called again, I was told that the owner would call me back today, after 2 days, no call from the owner. I then sent an email and I finally received a call from the owner, who stated that he has been out of town for 2 weeks and the technician needed his assistance to complete the quote and I would receive it in another 24 hours. I don't feel like I can trust this company at this time to do anything in my home. They have my $69 for absolutely nothing.

Price was lower than others. Work done on time with no BS
