Best Kitchen Sink Install in Baltimore MD

I wanted to share my 5+ STAR experience with Ace Plumbing. I am new to the area, so reached out to a local building company to obtain a recommendation for a plumber. Ace Plumbing was highly recommended so I reached out to Joe to inquire about exchanging my kitchen sink and faucet. He was very responsive and professional. Kevin came out to confirm the estimate and finalize measurements, and we proceeded with the work as scheduled. Kevin was very respectful of social distancing and masking during the pandemic. The work far exceeded my expectations - Kevin was courteous, prompt, attentive to detail and efficient. I was given an estimate and was kept informed during the process. Kevin did a meticulous job cleaning up after the install. I will definitely use Ace Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Thank you Joe and Kevin!

Highly recommend. Justin showed up shortly after I called. He was very familiar with the issue (broken flex tube behind stove) and installed a new valve as well. He double checked all the work to make sure there was no leak, and then afterwards he checked the rest of the pipes to verify that it was all sound. He left the space clean and was very careful not to make any mess or accidentally scratch anything. Justin was very friendly, polite and professional and made sure to use his time as efficiently as possible. He did a great job and I will call him again anytime I need work done.

Mike was the service tech that came out. He was very professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue that was causing our boiler not to fire up. Heat restored.

Nick is a very good plumber. We have used him many times on our home and our two daughters homes. His prices are great and he’s on time and very professional. We would recommend Nick for all your plumbing needs.

Catons set me up with someone very quickly (next day) during a holiday week. The first person they sent did not have the necessary tools to complete my job, but they quickly reassigned and got someone else to me within 2 hours. I am happy with the work completed.

Geo Plumbing service were professional, gave me a specific time frame so that I did not have to wait around all day. They resolved the issue without incident. They are courteous, friendly, and respectful. They have great work ethics and they are honest. I did not get the run around from them.

Prime plumbing was able to come out the day I called and resolve both of my plumbing issues. They were polite, answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Thank you Curtis and Eric!

Do not use Zoom Drain if you need major work. My main sewer line to my septic tank break underneath the foundation of my house. They came highly recommended by our normal plumber and were responsive however were not in any rush. They sold themselves as a one stop shop and stated the could get it all done in three days. The head plumber stated he would even speak to my insurance company himself if there were issues. It was a good feeling.

Now the problems. It took them a week to get started and only when they had a down payment. Early in the repair I asked for pictures, diagnostic and itemized bill for my insurance. They assured me they would do it as well assured me everything would be back to the way it was. All this time, since the break, we couldn't use any bathroom or sink in the house. The original timeline must have been talking full work days because they only showed up for a few hours a day and the timeline kept shifting further and further. They broke up the foundation, started digging, breaking up the old pipe. On the fourth day a new crew showed up and was gone in about 30 mins without even letting us know they left. After calling to complain they sent the original crew back out the next day. They had to take apart and fix what the other crew did. After two weeks they finally fixed the pipes however their concrete crew was horrible!

I HAD a partially finished basement. Now I have a line of F##KED up concrete complete with cracks and holes in my FOUNDATION! I have called repeatedly and the dispatch lady continues to say well see what we can do to fix it then never returns a phone call. My insurance continued to call for weeks requesting the information and we keep getting run around. The dispatch lady actually hung up on my insurance company when they asked to speak the the manager. I have tried to find their physical address to go in person and no luck. It been over a month since the work was complete and no one has yet to respond to any message. Don't waste your time with them. Now I'm going to have to hire another crew to come in and fix their work and put me out of even more money...

Mike and Richard did a fantastic job today on a Sunday.... nobody does that anymore but Abbott Brothers does. They were here when they said they would and what a great job they did. I couldn’t be happier... you want quality work done, these are the guys you call!!!

My warranty company assigned Ray’s plumbing after two others and they were extremely knowledgeable. Very respectable, reliable and overall a great experience for having my first plumbing issue of a new home. I would highly recommend and if I have a plumbing concern come back up, I will reach back out to him and his team.
