Great work, I'm a returning customer.

They're always very responsive and when they come out, they're polite, wear masks, and diagnose the issue or resolve the problem right the first time.

I called and they came within 15 minutes, figured out the problem, and then unclogged the sewer drain. Took about 2 1/2 hours and cost about $500. No muss, no fuss, maybe a bit expensive, but this doesn't happen every day here, so I have no idea of the going rate.
Not really complaining, I wasn't about to mess with a clogged sewer line, and they came fast and fixed the problem.

I don’t say this about many companies. Rota Rooter been called on twice. Both times courteous staff. Same day service/which is unheard of during these times. Thank you Mohammed and Daekwn !

Justin has been tremendous on both occasions we have used him. He came and replaced a spicket in our garage that was leaking and he came the SAME DAY to fix our hot water heater. He is fair priced, very knowledgeable, very professional and a great guy. We highly recommend his business.

We scheduled for their first appointment of the day on a Thursday. The technician's name was Ken. He was on time and made a quick assessment of the needs. Prior to doing any work he called me to let me know what needed to happen, how long it would take and approximately how much it would cost. In just a few hours the problem was diagnosed and taken care of. My tenants and I are happy with the service.
