I had a very disappointing experience with Nick. He was paid to fix a plumbing issue, but not only did he fail to resolve the problem, but he also caused additional damage in the process. I was left with broken fixtures, no resolution to the original issue, and the worst part is I prepaid for the work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this plumber and would advise others to be cautious when considering his services.

Back up occurred in my basement and was determined problem was outside the house. Prime Plumbing was assigned to assess the job by warranty company. They came out on June 17, 2021 and determined that my sewer line was broken and had to be replaced. They reported issue back to the warranty company who then approved the work to be done.June 18, 2021 spoke to Prime Plumbing with regards to process and procedures with regards to the job. Was told it would take about 10 to 11 business days to process and start job.June 28, 2021 called Prime Plumbing to get update/status of job. Was told they need to send someone out to take more pictures.June 29, 2021 Prime Plumbing sent staff out to take pictures of job site.July 1, 2021 called Prime Plumbing to get update/status of job. Was told it was still under management review and they would call me as soon as they were ready to start the job.July 8, 2021 called Prime Plumbing again to get another update. Was told it was still under management review.July 13, 2021 called Prime Plumbing again to get another update. Was told it was still under management review.July 28, 2021 Prime Plumbing sends another staff out to assess the jobsite. Asked guy that came out what was taking so long as it has been 6 weeks. He wasn't sure why but said they should be able to start the job within a few days of him coming out.Aug 16, 2021 (2 MONTHS LATER) called Prime Plumbing again to get another update. Was told they determined that they would not take the job.....WOW...2 months under management review to assess they could not do the job. Thanks a lot Prime Plumbing!!! Calling me to let me know would've been nice.In the meantime, I was living the past 2 months with limited water usage in my home. I was taking showers, using the bathroom, doing laundry at different family and friends homes (Prime Plumbing was aware of my situation as I kept reminding them every time I called in).Called warranty company. They did not have a record of the above. Job assigned to new plumber.Aug 18, 2021 New plumber assessed the job and determined I had a clog in the sewer line but it was on the city side. PIPE WAS NOT BROKEN. Asked me to call the city. City came out the same day and de-clogged my pipe....problem solved and in only 1 day.Conclusion: Prime Plumbing assessed the job incorrectly!!! They were planning to dig up my back yard to replace the pipe but rejected the job because the equipment to dig up the concrete in my back yard (to get to the pipe) would not have fit in the alley behind my house.Thank god they didn't because they would've torn up my back yard to supposedly fix a pipe that wasn't even broken.If the job was assessed correctly in the 1st place, my plumbing issue would've been fixed right away, 2 months ago!!!!Final thoughts: Wonder how many other jobs they assessed incorrectly but did the work anyway based on that wrong assessment???I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!WHAT A HOT MESS!!!ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION!!!

The crew was always on time and worked diligently on the project. All team members were courteous and professional, and cleaned up (including vacuumed) before leaving. Technicians were in constant communication with us, and always receptive to our feedback. County inspectors passed each inspection stage on the first visit, without requesting any rework. I recommend Abbott Brothers to anyone in the area seeking a plumber.

I have been dealing with a slow draining kitchen sink and dishwasher for approximately 18 months. I have contacted other plumbing services, but they would only snake the drain (which worked for a day or 2). I called Ray expecting the same treatment, but thankfully they did not want to patch the problem, they wanted to resolve it.

From the initial consult to starting to work, it was just a few days. Ray's team examined my piping and realized the builders did not put enough of a fall in the piping to allow for any refuse to flush out . The end result was replacing about 40 feet of piping. When Ray showed me the pipe after it was removed, it was almost completely blocked.

It has been about 5 weeks not and the sink and dishwasher are working better than I could have imagined. I will absolutely use Ray and his team for future project (or issues).

I was advised today that this company no longer service my area. Just last year, I signed an annual water flushing service contract with them and no contacted me to say the company was downsizing in my area, and that they would no longer be servicing my area before my contract expired on 6/30/23. They did not give me the opportunity to ask for a referral or the opportunity to service my home prior to my contract expiring. I reached out to them last week and today because I did not hear from them about my service. I do not recommend this company given that they are not professional.
