Catons gave me a $5k estimate, including a veteran’s discount to bust up 30 feet of concrete and replace a collapsed line in my basement. They told me to remove my flooring (laminate) before they arrived so that the team could access the concrete. I ripped up the flooring as instructed, but when the team arrived they only had to dig a 2 foot hole and replace a small elbow connector. So my floor is ruined and there was no need for it to be. While the team and everyone I encountered were friendly, they left the dug up concrete in my yard and charged me the exact same price for the work. They also installed the pipe with multiple rubber connections, making the pipe crooked. I sent pictures to the estimator, he said this was all normal quality work. I will post pictures so you can judge for yourself. I would not recommend this company.

SJT plumbing has always been quick, on time, friendly, and fairly priced. I was told what the problems i had very quickly and given all options that were available. They are just extraordinary as a company. Everything about them is exemplary. They will always be appreciated for what they did concerning the busted pipes of current residence. When other companies wouldn't help, they did. They showed empathy and sympathy from the start from the moment that they were first contacted. The representative on the phone was pleasant and immediately showed she cared in the manner of her voice.

They changed every busted, leaking pipe on the house for a fair rate.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL... Total RIP OFF and SCAM Prices... they don't work with customer problems but take undue advantage knowing that you will have to fix and pay so customers will pay anything plumbers ask. We just had minor leakage from poor chaulking and plumber cut out drywall and basically said he won't patch up. He charged $480 for leak detection for 30 minutes (30 minutes extra time he charged because he had to run to store to get flash light) initially he said for this type of problem it wouldn't take more than 30 minutes yet he charged for extra 30 minutes. Next he basically just chaulked area and that was it... I paid $480 and that was it... cant believe we paid $200 odd just for chaulking... We REGRET calling them for our minor problem and we ended up paying HUGE charges for NOTHING.... LESSON LEARNED BIG TIME. I told others don't repeat what we went through. Manager called and not WILLING TO HELP IN ANYWAY or provide refund. They make you sign everything but then they will charge all these fees it's SCAM BUSINESS.

Excellent service! I called at 2PM after struggling all morning to find an available plumber to repair a cracked gas pipe to my furnace. They came out within the hour and promptly replaced the cracked pipe and got my heat back on in no time. Mr. Goldsmith was very courteous and pleasant to work with! I will definitely call them again for my future plumbing and heating needs!
