The seal under my 32 year old toilet failed and was leaking under the base. ACE Plumbing came out within 6 hours of calling them last minute and did a first rate job. The plumber was very polite and professional and solved the issue inside of one hour. I had used them in the past to replace a water main pipe in my front yard and they did a wonderful job then as well. I highly recommend using them them. They have been my go-to plumbers ever since.

Our water heater needed to be replaced, so we reached out to the company. They scheduled an appointment for 2 days later, which was very fast. They were right on time for the service call and Mikey was incredibly friendly and down to earth. He confirmed that we did need a new hot water heater, priced it out immediately, and got us scheduled for a next day replacement! The installation went great and we are very pleased! We'll definitely use Stephen J. Tant Plumbing again in the future!

Nyi from Roto Rooter (#2408) came to snake out a blocked main sewer line for me on Monday. The service I rec'd was top notch!! The response in customer support with setting up the appt., explaining things to me was excellent & Nyi was there within about an hour to work on the drain. What a breath of fresh air. When I called him to tell him my garbage disposal was not working he spent considerable time telling me how to do a reset of the disposal and asking me other questions to try to save me the expense of a service call. He ended up needing to come out. His worker was on time, competent, friendly and did a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Geo installed a new water heater in the basement of our hundred year old house. He gave us important advice and information on what size and type of heater we needed, and even advised us to spend less money than we might have otherwise.

The work is perfect, and he was on time, fast, and my basement was clean and tidy when he left. He has even helped us get our manufacturer’s warranty for the heater.

James and the rest of the Zoom Drain team were excellent. They not only replaced my sewer line quickly, the cleanup was done very well also. Whey they fixed my water main valve they also found that somebody had replaced my copper pipes with a car radiator hose. This was not part of the job but when the technician saw this He said this was very dangerous and couldn't leave it that way. So He and His colleague fixed it . I am so grateful that I chose Zoom.
