Fixed my hot water heater and was amazing

We called Roto Rooter to fix a back up. We had 3 technicians come out and claimed they cleared our blockage. They didn’t. It kept happening even after they assured us it was cleared and fixed. It wasn’t until Purcell Edwards came out and took the time to locate the problem. He was amazing. He spent time with us to be sure we understood the problem and then offered solutions. He was timely and professional.

Justin has been tremendous on both occasions we have used him. He came and replaced a spicket in our garage that was leaking and he came the SAME DAY to fix our hot water heater. He is fair priced, very knowledgeable, very professional and a great guy. We highly recommend his business.

David came on a Sunday to fix a toilet leak. On Monday we had another issue unrelated to the toilet problem. He came out very quickly and spotted the problem immediately! I was charged 175.00 for, changing out two washers on two faucets and pulling out a plug in the disposal. This took maybe 20 minutes. All the reviews I read they were reasonable! How is this reasonable? Jason the owner didn’t even do the work. Mike, was super nice and showed me how to change the washers the next time I need to change it myself. Mike deserve 5 stars for teaching me. I will not refer this company, because if you are a female, Jason will rip you off. I will make sure this will be on all my social media.
