Amazing emergency service. I had a leak on a Saturday afternoon. Called around 4pm, plumber arrived by 6pm, by 7:30pm the problem was remedied and he even went above and beyond to fix another unrelated issue. Cannot recommend MJ enough. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and honest.

A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

Matt (the Horizon Technician) did a complete and thorough examination of my furnace, heat pump, and thermostat to identify the malfunctioning of my furnace properly. He was also very courteous and knowledgeable in explaining his final report of his inspection of the entire system. Great job by a great person to assure a great experience with Horizon.

Tom was very responsive and came out same day to take a look at a leak, which while relatively minor, was causing me quite a bit of stress! Unfortunately the leak is part of a bigger problem, but he was very upfront and honest, and I trusted his guidance with how to proceed. Pricing seemed very fair for the amount of time he & his partner were at our home.

I was advised today that this company no longer service my area. Just last year, I signed an annual water flushing service contract with them and no contacted me to say the company was downsizing in my area, and that they would no longer be servicing my area before my contract expired on 6/30/23. They did not give me the opportunity to ask for a referral or the opportunity to service my home prior to my contract expiring. I reached out to them last week and today because I did not hear from them about my service. I do not recommend this company given that they are not professional.

I've worked with T & D for years. They ALWAYS answer when you call and go above and beyond to take care of any problem. I'll call them first for any HVAC or plumbing issue.

My boiler died and although it's a busy season for this work A.J. Michaels was prompt about the repair, showed up on time, and the technician even made extra trips to help me decipher a new thermostat and resolve a problem with the on-loan space heaters. The company also did my central air system (in a 100 year old house) over a decade ago and I've yet to have a problem with it. The office support staff is sympathetic and answers calls promptly and with meaningful information and updates.

Super helpful company. I had a plumbing emergency and was dealing with a nightmare home warranty company to cover the repair. Abend answered all my calls day and night and even reached out to the company to help assist with getting my repair covered. They came out and got everything done quick and easy. Jessica was amazing came thank her enjoy!!
