Sadan Reyes was an absolutely life saver. Amazing at his job, I’ve never had a better plumber who was so straight forward and honest, while also keeping things light with good humor. He also came over so late at night even though he was technically done for the night. He did what other plumbers could not (and we had others try) and also told us all of our options. He also cleaned up every bit of mess, even what he didn’t do. 10/10 would recommend him.

Not impressed (but they did refund me the full cost of my service after this review, which I appreciate). The first HVAC team to arrive did not come prepared with the length ladder that I explicitly told them they would need, and proceeded to misdiagnose the problem without ever actually inspecting my unit. The follow-up appointment was cancelled last minute by them because of running over at another job. The techs who did come were very nice but professed to have zero experience with my type of unit. His opinion was that the unit needed to be retired and replaced which could cost me up to $8k. At least they didn’t charge me for the second visit. Thank goodness I got a second opinion, because the other company I had come out (Hughes Mechanical) found two problems that were not detected by Michael & Sons and had it all fixed up in under 2 hrs for under $400. Now my system is working great again. I will not call Michael & Sons again for any future needs.

I was impressed with how fast the job was done and I will use Stokes Plumbing and Mechanical for all of my future plumbing needs. I am already a repeat customer! I had a leaky faucet repaired and a new bathroom vanity installed.

Great work, fast service, experienced and knowledgable team. I first worked with Fitz Mechanical 8 years ago when we installed a new boiler in our home. We called several companies and Fitz had the best pricing. I've since worked with them many times over the years for various HVAC and plumbing services, they've always been fast, reliable and done a quality job.

KPH replaced my sump pump today, but have done several jobs, both plumbing and HVAC related, across multiple houses for me over the years. Charles and Liam did great work, left the work area perfectly clean (as always), and took the time to answer all my questions and explain what they were doing. I dealt directly with Tom Keller in the past and the quality of his work and attention to detail has always been high. Their cost was very reasonable (about half of Roto Rooter and other plumbing services quoted to replace a sump pump). I would HIGHLY recommend Keller Plumbing and Heating to anyone needing those services.

AJ Michaels transitioned our boiler from oil to natural gas. They were on-time, informative, courteous, and completed the work in the expected window. Not only was the work professional but they went above and beyond to finish all the workspaces. They coordinated the new boiler delivery and city inspection as well. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Abend Plumbing came out, removed a high end toilet that the previous owner installed that seemed clogged and would not flush. Abend got there super quick, snaked the toilet, unfortunately, it didn't take the first time, but they came back the next morning, very early, (we were still in bed) removed the toilet and snaked it again! They applied our payment from the previous day to the work they did on the second day, and I will tell you it was one of the best plumbing experiences I have ever had. Call these guys, they WILL treat you right!
