I unexpectedly found lots water on the floor in the laundry room. I called Len the Plumber late Monday night and they sent a tech the very next day. John Frazier was my technician. He arrived within the specified window. He listened to my issues and after only a few short minutes of looking at the system, he was able to tell me what was wrong. John Frazier gave me options on how to repair the AC so that I could make an informed decision. He was very polite, respectful and personable. He showed me where my outside unit was because I wasn't sure and talked me thru everything he was doing. John made sure that he didn't miss anything and that I was educated on my system. He set me up with a Comfort Care specialist prior to leaving and made sure I was satisfied and understood the work he did. If I needed other AC services I would request John Frazier.Because of John Frazier I would definitely recommend Len the Plumber to others.Thank John Frazier for your knowledge and professionalism. I had a great experience using Stephen J Tant Plumbing. I ordered an external refrigerator filter because our refrigerator is older and the internal filter is no longer made. We needed help installing the new filter since we had a hard line from the fridge to the sink. They were responsive, on time, knowledgeable, fast, and the price was fair. I would definitely use them again.

I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

Shawn Monroe did a fantastic job for us. He was prompt, thorough and very knowledgable. I will gladly use him again for any future repairs.

I have been a homeowner for 30 years and have hired many service companies . I would say that BMC is awesome. They were friendly, prompt and did everything they said they would do. No negative surprises. The tech was very friendly and experienced. He saved me thousands of dollars by being honest and trustworthy . I hired BMC to get a second opinion and am glad I did. I have a new HVAC service company!

I cannot say enough about this entire team, from the plumbers on site to the front office staff. We had an urgent, knees-to-chest-hustle, situation due to a move in date and an issue with the gas service, and T&D rose to the occasion like no other company we've ever experienced. In the early days of attempting to navigate what needed to be done to get it straightened out, I can't say I wasn't a wreck, nearly in tears, but they have quickly, and efficiently, handled the problem from start to finish. We are not a handy household, and have had 0 experiences with permitting, city inspectors, or service restoration, and T&D was a literal god send reconciling the entire process. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option. Shout out to Steve Sharp for his very patient & knowledgeable assistance, as well as Lexi & Jeannie in the office for all the communication & kindness. If we have an opportunity to use them again, we certainly will.

I have used A.J. Michaels for 15+ years. Just had to have a boiler replaced and they were my first call. The team that handled the install was friendly and professional and did a great job.
