Best Hot Water Heater Repair And Installation in Baltimore MD
Needed water heater replaced. Called and they picked up right away. Scheduled appointment and Jeff showed up right on time and promptly got to work. Power outages made things difficult but Jeff was very flexible and easy going. Very fair price.

We had a leak from the gas line leading to our dryer. Someone recommended Metcalf Plumbing, so we gave them a call. I called around 9:00 and the technicians arrived at 1:00 that same day. The technicians were prompt, professional, and kind. They were able to identify the leak quickly and fix it, all within a half hour. The total cost was $59, which we found extremely affordable given the quotes we received from other companies. All in all, we had a great experience and would happily recommended them to anyone in need of plumbing services!

Big thumbs up for Wes Butler of LJ Butler Plumbing! He was able to squeeze my job in within 24 hours of my call, took the time to explain carefully what was needed and what the cost would be, and the repair seems solid. I would definitely call him again for future plumbing needs.

Geo installed a new water heater in the basement of our hundred year old house. He gave us important advice and information on what size and type of heater we needed, and even advised us to spend less money than we might have otherwise.
The work is perfect, and he was on time, fast, and my basement was clean and tidy when he left. He has even helped us get our manufacturer’s warranty for the heater.

We had our chimney cleaned the day before Thanksgiving, and the chimney guys turned down the temperature on our water heater and forgot to turn it back up. When we got back to town after Thanksgiving, the water wasn't heating. We forgot about the chimney cleaning, and we weren't gone long enough to have turned the water heater down ourselves -- so we called Abbott Brothers to take a look. A repair man came to the door without tools, walked up to the heater, and immediately turned up the temperature dial. He charged $69 for the house call: fair enough, we made a silly mistake, and he's got to make a living. Then he added on $150 for the diagnostic. Driving around town the Monday after a holiday and spending 30 seconds in people's homes turning a dial for $219 is probably a great business model. If you don't care about repeat customers.

I had to get my hot water heater replaced. I received outstanding service from Sam, Joseph and Brian. They came to my home and removed the old water heater. They took great care in removing the old water heater making sure they did not get any dirt or rusty water on my carpet by putting down tarp and wearing plastic over their shoes. They also drained the water from the old unit which was leaking. They installed the new water heater in a short amount of time. Sam, Joseph and Brian were very professional and did a great shop installing the new water heater in my home. Especially given the fact the unit is an attic with very little space to work with. I was extremely happy with the service I received!
