I can't say enough about Ace Plumbing. I woke up to water in my basement from a broken water heater. I frantically called around to get quotes and was fortunate enough to find Ace Plumbing. Joe was very kind and gave a very reasonable pricing. On the day of installation, two plumbers arrived. Kevin and Jeff were extremely professional, friendly and their quality of work was excellent. This explains why Ace Plumbing is consistently rated with 5 STARS. I would not hesitate to call this company again. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much!

I had trouble getting many to return my calls but the staff there responded and serviced my needs right away. Once we picked a delivery date, they had my new water heater installed in about an hour. It was all much easier than I expected. Greatly appreciated.

So professional! So fast! Called him today at 1, got me in at 4 (who does that?!?!?!) Came, assessed the damage, told me its my main line not just the tub drain.. :( gave me a quote, so reasonable!! But I rent so i definitely had the call the landlord. Unfortunately didn't use his service because they wanted to use their own people (totally understand) then he didn't even charge me! I run my own businesses and can definitely say, 10/10 recommend. Lived up to the reviews!! They definitely speak volumes!! He cares and is very passionate about his work.

We woke up to find a water heater leaking in the basement. I called Called Wes who was responsive immediately. He had me text him some pictures of the situation and determined we needed a new water heater. He arrived about 1.5 hours later and installed a new water heater and removed the old water heater. The job was complete in just a little over 1 hour. Wes was professional and got the job done! I highly recommend using his services.

I have a house in Baltimore city and I was in need for plumbing advice. I found Empire plumbing and Heating llc and I called them and scheduled an appointment .
The technician came out on time and I paid the fee for plumbing consultation upon arrival. I’m so glad I made this move because all the other plumbing companies were trying to sell me stuff that I didn’t need. Honest , respectful, knowledgeable and helpful that’s all I wanted to say. The number might be wrong. When calling I was told this was a stripclub that specialices in plus size women strippers they are call plumbers is what I was told. Can someone tell me if this is true very interested in attending the stripclub

Having your hot water heater go out when it is the coldest time of the year is stress full. Modern was super responsive, they had a tech at my house within about 40 minutes from my initial call, the new unit was installed a few hours later.

On the phone I dealt with Brian, he was very knowledgeable and patient. He walked me through a few options and helped me get what I needed for a great price. Then the techs...Joseph and Samuel were professional, helpful and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They left my storage room cleaner than when they arrived. The installation and plumbing work was clean and top quality.

Mr. Bob is the best. Had a pipe burst in the super cold snap a couple months ago, he came right out, calmed us down and fixed it that day. Can't ask for better service than that! And fabulous prices, too. Feel good about hiring him any day.
