When I went into the basement my tub and toilet were full of sewage. I called Joe at Ace Plumbing and he said I'll be right there. This isn't the first time he has saved me. His prices are reasonable and he is very efficient. I love Ace Plumbing.

We had another company we chose only because when googled they were closer to our address, well they rescheduled on us THREE times. Called caton and they came out same day and before their estimated time to provide quality service to solve our problem. 10/10 recommend!

I had a faucet leak in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I contacted this plumbing service and they responded quickly and came out that night. Stopped the leak and returned the next morning to replace the piping. He was very prompt and professional even in the wee hours of the night. I highly recommend

Beyond satisfied. The French drain in my basement decided to back up after Wednesday's storm and I needed assistance ASAP. LJ Butler has fantastic reviews so I decided to give it a shot. Wes picked up immediately and I explained the situation. He gave me a window when he'd be out and frequently contacted me with updates on my situation and when he'd be by the house. I honestly thought I wouldn't have anyone out the same day but Wes went above and beyond and was at our house within a few short hours.

He quickly diagnosed the situation and was able to plug and seal the outdated French drain, seeing that it was of no use. He also showed me damage to the drain leading into the street, which was probably the cause for the back up.

After all was completed, I expected to pay dearly for same day service but was pleasantly surprised with the low (but fair) cost. I really can't thank Wes and LJ Butler Plumbing enough for the quality of work and professionalism I received. I certainly plan on using them for future repairs and installations.

I was extremely disappointed with the service provided. I requested to have a tech on site for an EMERGENCY due to a water heater, located in a ceiling, leaking all over at a department store. The tech, Nick, was not only very rude when I spoke with him on the phone, but all he did was look inside the ceiling, guess what size of water heater was needed (which he was wrong), and quote an extremely high cost to install a new water heater. He did not even shut the water off to the water heater so it would stop leaking (which was the entire point of the emergency). I tried to call multiple times to get information and was given the run-around. I had to send a different tech on site to shut the water off to the water heater so it would stop leaking and posing a slip hazard. The only positive thing I could say about this company is, Bonnie (that works in the office), is very friendly and pleasant to speak with. I would HIGHLY recommend Wes Plumbing in this area. I was very pleased with the technician , Ram. He was reasonable in price range doing a very efficient job. Also, he made pertinent suggestions to help with minor issues. I found him professional, accommodating and not pressured to do more than necessary. If he is representative of the company I would not hesitate to use again.
