NEEDED AN OUTSIDE FAUCET REPLACED. EMAILED RIGHT BEFORE CLOSING-GOT TEXT EARLY NEXT MORNING , THEY WERE ABLE TO REPLACE SAME DAY. ARRIVED ON TIME AND WORK WAS GREAT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THANK YOU

I just had perhaps the best service experience ever. Len the Plumber came, diagnosed the problem, offered me affordable and accessible solutions, did a great job with installation. Every person I interacted with was personable and professional. And the best part of all: my air conditioning is working now. My deepest thanks to the entire team.

Called Sunday evening for emergency toilet replacement. I told them the toilet needed to be replaced they said ok they'll let the technician know. Technician showed up that night without the toilet. Had to reschedule for the next day. They still charged me $170 emergency fee and refused to refund me because they did replace the toilet the next day. So $170 for a tech to just look at what I already told them needed to be done which would have been fine if he brought the toilet the first time like I told them in the beginning

I was impressed with how fast the job was done and I will use Stokes Plumbing and Mechanical for all of my future plumbing needs. I am already a repeat customer! I had a leaky faucet repaired and a new bathroom vanity installed.

The office sent out Lou to check the water heater and then install a new one, Everything was done professionally but also with helpfulness with every step of the way.

I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

I know that the Butler Plumbing Company has been around for many many years Started By My father Lionel Butler and his brother Brice Butler. They have been very well recommended and have been a family owned and operated business. When my father retired the 5 brothers took over the business. Thomas and Jeff started a Butler Plumbing in Florida when they relocated. David Butler retired.The company today is still that way with two of My Brothers running it Lonnie and Mark Butler.
