Thanks for nothing. I had a pipe break forcing me to turn the water off in the house. I called Ty in the morning, he seemed knowledgeable and agreed to come over to fix everything between 2 and 3pm. By 4 pm Ty was still not here and had not called. I called and left him a message. By 4:50 I still had not heard from Ty. I began to worry as it was getting late in the day so I called and left another message. By 5:30 I still had not heard from Ty so I called and left my third and final message. By 6pm my phone rang. It was Ty! He hung up as soon as I answered my phone. I called him back to only get the ignore button. It is now 11am the next day. I still have not heard from Ty. I have had to contact a different plumbing company , and take an additional day off work to deal with a problem that should have been taken care of yesterday. If you could not take the job Ty you should have the professional courtesy to tell people. You have cost me time, money, and an additional 24 hours without running water. Extremely unprofessional. I wish I could give you less than 1 star. Thanks for nothing.

Joe and son came out to fix a boiler that was causing issues with shower heating. They made sure to check and recheck after each process to ensure the best possible work was being done at all times. They went above and beyond to make sure that the work being done was in my best interest, and the price was more than reasonable. Joe even taught me how to access my water shut off in case of an emergency. I plan to exclusively use this company going forward for any plumbing needs.

Ryan is professional, curtious and keeps you well informed of what is needed to preform the job. I bought a new vanity and the drain pipe needed to be adjusted in order to line up with the vanity. I was well pleased with the job performed.

I’ve used Catons Plumbing and Drain for many plumbing issues over the years. I bought a house that was flipped and naturally it has come with serious issues. Bruce Jordon was my plumber this time for a plumbing leak and a new water heater. The plumbing leak came as no shock because the pipes were put on wrong and covered up. The leak could have been happening for years and finally it caused enough damage on my wall for me to notice . Bruce did an amazing job fixing the flippers mistakes, making sure everything was up to code, and more importantly making sure I understand what the issue was. He also did an amazing job cutting the drywall. I’ve had plumbers in the past that just knock a big hole to get to the leak and he cut a perfect rectangle. The water heater he came back to replace and that too was no easy task. He had to unhook my HVAC piping and squeeze through a tiny entrance to get to the 30+ yr old water heater. I’m very impressed with his work.

I would recommend Catons. They tend to be on the higher end of price, but you are getting good quality and great customer service.

I was charged 175.00 for, changing out two washers on two faucets and pulling out a plug in the disposal. This took maybe 20 minutes. All the reviews I read they were reasonable! How is this reasonable? Jason the owner didn’t even do the work. Mike, was super nice and showed me how to change the washers the next time I need to change it myself. Mike deserve 5 stars for teaching me. I will not refer this company, because if you are a female, Jason will rip you off. I will make sure this will be on all my social media.

I don't have words to express how thankful I am for the prompt response to a backlog emergency I have in my basement bathroom. I call and Dan took my call, he was on his way for lunch and still took his time to ask me what was my problem. What can I said, one hour later he was at my house fixing the issue. I highly recommend them if you're in need of a plumber.

Been 12 hours without water in the 21229 zip code. No emergency assistance from this contractor and 311 basically said screw us. It's the holiday people can't cook or even flush the toilet. I have called the contractor 6times and still waiting for a call back!! 8 hours later. Just disgusting!!
