He came in ON TIME. Punctual. Calm. Professional demeanor. Respectable and Respectful, both. -- My sink had been leaking profusely underneath, for quite some time. I tried to have my son fix it, he couldn't. I looked at it, seemed simple --- wouldn't didn't stop pouring out the drain pipe. He came in, simple fix (for him) and was in and out. I paid his whole fee, plus a tip. -- I didn't pay him for how easy/how quick it was (for him) -- I paid him because I tried to fix it and couldn't do it; I paid him because he provided professional peace of mind. I'll be using him again if we have another leaky problem.

My heater went out during the night, so I called Fitz first thing the next morning. They were at my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem, then got the part we needed, and had it repaired just a few hours later. I was impressed by how responsive, knowledgeable, and kind they were! I will definitely call them again in the future.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! This company is FRAUDULENT. I placed a call to them because my furnace wasn’t working properly, not broken but it simply wasn’t staying on long enough to heat my home properly (cut on/off after 3seconds). Two technicians came out, turned my furnace off and the technicians pretended to take pictures to “look for the problem”. They never turned the furnace back on to see what I had described. After taking pictures for 35minutes, they told me that because my furnace was 19 years old, I needed to purchase a new one. They said there’s a small crack that can “potentially” become dangerous and separation that could “potentially” cost lots of money. They asked if I had a husband or spouse that could help me with the cost of a new system and when I said no, they immediately contacted the company to forcefully set up a consultation for me to speak with someone about financing a entire new furnace. They gave me an estimate of $20,000. I kid you not, $20K for a FREAKIN furnace that wasn’t broken but simply not performing properly. They left my home and still never turned my furnace back on. At this time, my home was 66 degrees and I have two children here. They charged me $104 just for that visit WHICH THEY DID NOTHING. After crying my eyes out about the stress of possibly having to pay $20K, I decided to go on YouTube and see if I could figure it out on my own. I came across a video that said to try wiping off the burner sensor, so I did, and guess what IT FREAKIN WORKED! I was scammed out of $104 and bullied into consulting about a new system. I’m definitely going to contact the BBB regarding this company. Safe to say, thanks to me, my children and I are warm and safe for another night. To all single, unmarried women, please be cautious with companies like this because they pray on us in hopes to scare us into purchasing/financing really expensive equipment instead of actually helping us. I pray that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Oh, and if they try to lie about anything in this review, I recorded the entire interactions. WORD FOR WORD!

Used this company for the first time today and will definitely use them again. Able to come out same day, friendly and knowledgeable service, quality work, and reasonable price. I'll be recommending them to family and friends!

Tom Keller promptly returned my call and was able to fix my HVAC problem the next morning. I know him personally and he is honest, trustworthy and fair.

The company was able to dispatch a technician the same day as our water heater failed; Justin arrived on time and was very helpful describing the problem and letting us know our options. Installation was made as soon as a unit was available with minimal disruption to our household. Justin is courteous, amiable, and a pleasure to work with. The office staff, in particular Deborah, went out of their way to make sure all our questions were answered and all our needs met. I wouldn't hesitate to call Supreme again.

I was advised today that this company no longer service my area. Just last year, I signed an annual water flushing service contract with them and no contacted me to say the company was downsizing in my area, and that they would no longer be servicing my area before my contract expired on 6/30/23. They did not give me the opportunity to ask for a referral or the opportunity to service my home prior to my contract expiring. I reached out to them last week and today because I did not hear from them about my service. I do not recommend this company given that they are not professional.

T&D Plumbing was contracted by NPL to disconnect, move and reconnect several A/C compressors as they did their work on the BGE gas line upgrade in my neighborhood in Bolton Hill. It was our great, good fortune to have had Jeff Martin and Ralph Collins to do the work for each of us. They both have a great sense of humor and respect each other beyond compare. They told each of us clearly and simply what they needed to do, what they saw in the condition of the units and assured us that the compressors would be fully functioning after their work is done. It is my experience that you get the bare minimum in such sub-contracted work. NOT SO WITH THESE TWO GENTLEMEN! They cleared leaves in my unit and washed it down and checked with gauges pressure and coolant levels and topped off. It is the nature of our yards that there is not much room to move. These guys found nothing to be a problem and offered their insight and suggestions as to what to expect from my older compressor and how to lengthen it’s life. I will definitely keep these guys and T&D Plumbing in my contacts!

I live in a very old house with very old plumbing and appliances. On top of that my water heater and furnace are in a crawlspace under my house with only a trap door to enter through. I knew it wouldn't be easy to remove our very old hot water heater and install a new one but James & Joe did a FANTASTIC job! They wrestled the old beast out. They replaced extremely old valves and brought everything up to today's code. There was an issue with my low water pressure which made their job harder but they stayed until everything was working perfectly. This is my first use of a plumber in over 15 years and I can safely say I won't call any other company for my future needs. They showed up quickly thanks to Katie, which was wonderful because we had no hot water. They worked very long and hard to get our hot water flowing again. My house is definitely not the average home (old & not laid out well) which makes these sorts of projects harder but James & Joe really know their stuff and got it done. I HIGHLY recommend Abend Plumbing & Heating, they're great from start to finish. With the cost of everything so high these days I was afraid how much this job would cost but I believe I paid a very fair price for all the time and work done. If you're concerned about cost I would definitely call Abend for an estimate, they honestly do great work.
