We called with a clogged kitchen drain , Kevin took care of clogged drain quickly, no mess was professional, very friendly and then the next week we needed a main shut off valve and pressure reducing valve replaced. I heard about this company through a friend. I was pleased when I received an immediate response along with a next day appointment for my gas test. I was unfamiliar with what a gas test was as this is something that should have been performed on my home prior to purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and professional and wanted to make me aware of the process. He scheduled all of my inspections and pulled the necessary permits in a timely fashion. He also coordinated the inspection times with my schedule and tried to limit the amount of days I would need to take off from work. This was very important to me! He did a great job and the prices were better than I was quoted with other companies! I will definitely be using them in the future.

Got a few different estimates to have my PolyBlue water line replaced proactively, as several of my neighbors have had pipes burst in their front yards. Les was professional and honest about everything. Metcalf was the only company who said they’d try their best to protect the tree in the front yard, and also put up a panel to cover the hole they needed to cut in my basement drywall.

They finished the whole job in one day. The basement wall looks clean, they brought my hot water tank up to code, and the front yard has been re-seeded so the grass can grow back.

There was a bit of a miscommunication over scheduling with the dispatcher on the phone, but we worked it out, and all the guys that came to my house were solid. Next time I need plumbing work, I will call Metcalf.

After having a 50 ft snake of my kitchen sink that was clogged, found great reviews for prime plumbing. Gave them a call. They were here less than 2 hours. Ryan and Mike showed up sooner than the timeframe given (called when in route). They were both pleasant and solved my problem. I had a stubborn clog but they fixed it for me and explained and showed me how to spot a clear drain. The pricing was reasonable as I had no clue what to expect. They serviced my home during the COVID pandemic, wore protective gear including masks. And there was no contact during the entire service. But I will definitely use them again. Thanks guys!!

We were referred to American Leak Detection to find the source of a suspected leak in the water line to the well. Brian K was able to arrive early for our appointment since his prior appointment time had changed. He was very professional and efficient and found the leak which turned out to be in our goat pen. He had no hesitation whatsoever about going in with the goats. He mentioned that it may be a bad coupling based on the spot of the leak and the length of pipe running from the house. When we contacted the the company that serviced the water line they were so pleased to find that the leak was exactly where Brian had marked the spot. Turns out, it was a coupling that had rusted over the years. The company that serviced the well line recently reached out to me to ask who we used for the leak detection and I was happy to make the referral. Definitely would recommend this company and would use them for any future needs.

They were the most inexpensive out of three quotes to replace the water pipe from the street to my house. On top of that, I felt like they were the most knowledgeable about my repair and what needed to be done to fix it. From the office personnel to the on site personnel they were professional and quick.
