Ace Plumbing was part of a team that did our Kitchen remodel. Kevin installed the gas line for the stove (prior elec) and did the kitchen plumbing. - We were impressed with the work done and asked him back to replace an aging drain and sewer line. Even more impressed - all the work is efficient, clean, and functional, highly recommended

I called to repair a pipe leak post freeze in basement bathroom. First appointment was scheduled at a different time than discussed with representative, so I had to reschedule for next appointment a few days later. When technician came to the house, he believed dripping water was due to condensation from when pipes thawed out. Water to those pipes had been turned off since leak was first noticed, and leak did not start again immediately. Technician left and leak started again shortly thereafter. When I called the office they said they couldn't send somebody out for a couple days. I decided to go with another plumber. I was disappointed with scheduling and the misjudgement of dripping water from the ceiling. The technician did not charge the automatic fee for coming to the house, so that was the only positive.

Leonard was good and professional! These guys know what they are doing and won't waste your time! I can't take too much time from job so I appreciate how quick he worked!

I came home to a leak from a burst pipe on Monday afternoon, I was in touch with Taft plumbing by that evening and they were here the following morning. The issue was fixed by early Tuesday afternoon. The technician arrived ahead of time, and he was made short work of the damage. He was responsive, answered all of my questions, and did a fantastic job. 10/10 recommend.

A major pipe burst in the unit above our condo. It damaged the majority of our property. Long story short, we had a bad experience with another contractor which delayed work. Four months later, we are doing extensive research to find a new contractor and we came across Roto Rooter's impressive reviews. We called about 6 companies and Roto Rooter came out on top.I spoke with Jason Nelson who came to our unit immediately after I placed the call. Not only was he knowledgeable about flood damage and the rebuild process, but his extensive knowledge and experience working with insurance companies lifted a heavy burden in this entire process. Mr. Nelson started the process of putting our home back together as soon as we got off the phone. Given the lag from the other company, we were surprised at how quickly he got things moving. He has made himself available whenever we have a question or concern and has been willing to help us with every aspect of having our home rebuilt. He also checks in frequently to make sure that things are moving along. This has been a relief to our family given this chaotic and stressful situation.

Mike is the North Central Baltimore resident Plumber. He is my go to when I’m in a pinch and also for any extensive plumbing work, e.g. roughing in kitchen and bathroom pipes, and he’s even happy to work with period applications like the installation of our early 1900s cast iron sink with original plumbing valves.

He’s a master at his trade, and willing to tackle some of the most obscure plumbing scenarios, which is often encountered in turn of the century Baltimore row homes. Additionally, he is a fantastic communicator and very responsive and realistic with his schedule. If you’re in Charles Village, Hampden, Waverly or other North Central neighborhood, he’s your guy.

I was charged 175.00 for, changing out two washers on two faucets and pulling out a plug in the disposal. This took maybe 20 minutes. All the reviews I read they were reasonable! How is this reasonable? Jason the owner didn’t even do the work. Mike, was super nice and showed me how to change the washers the next time I need to change it myself. Mike deserve 5 stars for teaching me. I will not refer this company, because if you are a female, Jason will rip you off. I will make sure this will be on all my social media.
