Best Garbage Disposal Installation in Baltimore MD

I got in touch with Ty from TL Back through Yelp. I was looking to have a couple of faucets (one indoor, one outdoor hose spigot) replaced. Using Yelp, I sent requests for quotes to about 10 plumbers. Ty was one of 3 that not only responded, but responded promptly. After some back and forth questions about the job, the estimate, and expectations, I chose to go with Ty, and I'm glad I did.

First, he was able to come on the day I chose (which was 2 days after contacting him), and his communication was excellent. He was polite, but also friendly, and when there were options for handling a scenario (such as re-piping a bit under the sink to add an extra cutoff valve for the hose spigot), he spoke to me first about what I wanted, instead of making the decision based on what would put the most money in his pocket.

I found Ty to be honest, and he also did quality work. His total came in just below the low end of the original estimate he provided. I would certainly trust him to go more work, and he'll be my first contact next time I have a plumbing issue.

First time using Ace Plumbing. The company was highly recommended by a local kitchen design company. I learned why Ace was highly recommended. To put it simply, they offer quality product, SUPERIOR service at a FAIR price. Additionally, the service was PROMPT. A family owned and operated business with true professionals that are friendly and courteous. Can't ask for much more in a service company. Exactly how a small service company should be operated.

John Frazier came out to service my home and went above and beyond to resolve the problem. I didn’t understand much of what the problem was or what needed to be fixed, but John took his time to make sure i understood all that he was doing and what will be needed in the near future. I had to have the transformer and thermostat replaced and John did fast quality work. I look forward to having him help with replacing my entire unit - Thank you!

water heater replacement. contacted on 06/19/2023 and had an appointment on 06/20/2023. Lincoln arrived in the morning and was able to remove and replace the water heater with the same type in a timely manner with no mess. superb job.

The laundry tub was dripping so I'd called a couple of plumbers to get estimates. The first plumber to give an est. didn't even turn on water to see what was going on. He just told me to replace the pump for almost $1200. When Dave W. arrived from Caton's, the first thing he did was to run the water and see for himself what was happening. The check valve was leaking, not the pump. Way less than $1200! Thanks Dave.

An SJT crew came out the same day I called to install our washer and dryer after the big box installation team couldn’t do it. The SJT techs were so polite and friendly and worked efficiently. It was a great experience. We will definitely be repeat customers.

James just finished replacing our main water line and snaking some of our drains. We had major concerns about the pre-existing plumbing in the house we just bought as first-time homeowners, due to very poor work by the previous owner. James inspected everything thoroughly, answered our endless questions, and helped put our minds at ease. He let us know what we needed to get repaired right away, and what we could wait to do a little later on. His work is super clean and efficient and the work areas were left in great condition. He also communicates every step of the way. I can’t say enough great things about his work - we immediately referred him to our friends down the street for some work they need done! We’ve found our go-to plumber and we’re so happy we did!

The Hardy team was prompt and professional, helping out with a toilet flange repair and setting up the new replacement after a bathroom redo ran into some unexpected turns. Great communication, knowledgeable advice, and quick work. We’ll call them again.

Russell came out the same day I called and resolved my issues within 15 minutes. Additionally, he educated me on avoiding the same issue with my dishwasher in the future.

I was charged 175.00 for, changing out two washers on two faucets and pulling out a plug in the disposal. This took maybe 20 minutes. All the reviews I read they were reasonable! How is this reasonable? Jason the owner didn’t even do the work. Mike, was super nice and showed me how to change the washers the next time I need to change it myself. Mike deserve 5 stars for teaching me. I will not refer this company, because if you are a female, Jason will rip you off. I will make sure this will be on all my social media.
