Best Emergency Plumbing Issue in Baltimore MD

Ty came out to my home to unclog my main drain. He has an awesome personality. He was very professional yet very friendly and outgoing. He did a thorough job and i will be using him again in the future for my plumbing needs.

I called them came out right away, did an amazing job I have no drain pipe out of my house, also had another company come out 3 times told me I had to strip my basement floors and much more work up to at least 5000 electric ell .came did about 45 min of work for my problem less then 300 bucks thanks to my co worker recommending yall 10 stars hands down I guess I owe my co worker lunch and dinner

Very quick service. Lol (#2765), was careful not to track dirt into the house.
I asked him a lot of questions, and he answered all of them completely. I was not sure how to start up the water heater and he very slowly showed me how to do it. I am very satisfied.

Called Steve for a problem toilet that kept unseating itself. He came out next day. Fixed it perfectly. I found my new Plumber (keeping his CV info), my new go to guy. Thanks again Steve!

I guess there are two Butler brothers. In the past, one of the brothers fixed a leaky boiler. That job went fine. This past weekend. our boiler would not light so I called and got the other brother. I was relieved when he said he would be able to come out within the hour. When he got here, he seemed to have no idea as to what the problem was or how to fix it. I saw him disconnecting some wires then reconnecting them. After a few minutes he said he couldn't fix it and left. Before he came the blower on the boiler was working fine. After he left, that no longer worked. A subsequent repairman, said the wires were all misconnected. When Mr. Butler came to our house he commented on a political sign that was in our yard. I can only surmise that he is either incompetent or malicious. In either case, I will never use them again.

I called Abbott Brothers about a water main leak to our house and the master plumber came out that day to look at it and give us an estimate. They were out within the week to do the repairs and had the line replaced in one day. They came back a few days later to rake and grade the front yard to put down grass seed and straw. Mike (the master plumber and one in charge of the job) was very responsive to my questions and any concerns that I had.
