Our furnace stopped working on a very cold night, I called a Horizon services and set up a time for the tech to come out here and check the problem. The tech arrived on time, he was very professional,and very helpful. I explained to him that I think I figured the problem out, he called his office and they gave a choice to do a tune up on the system for $89 or they can leave without a charge since they can’t change a propane regulator at the in ground tank. I decided to let them leave. Very honest, and upfront. I would use this company again if we need future services. A++++++Thanks

We are a property management company and we have used Zoom Drain on two occasions. On both of those occasions James was the technician. He was so easy to work with, he communicated with us, and he did the job we hired him to do in a very timely and professional manner. We will use them again and will recommend them to others.

This company installed a water heater for a neighbor of mine and did a stroller job but after they had a problem with the heater they came out and looked at it and never came back to repair it, told her if it needed parts it would be around 400 dollars 25 days later they never came back or answered her phone calls. I looked at it and fixed it and the parts was covered under manufacturers warranty, I would absolutely not call this company for anything

Great plumbing family, very professional. Sam did an amazing job. Was very efficient and quick but also was sensitive to the needs of my older plumbing/pipes. The drain has never worked better. He even left the bathroom cleaner than he found it. Will definitely be using them again.

Amazing and very professional service! We highly recommend Roto-rooter. We had a clogged main drain which we tried multiple at home remedies before calling another company to attempt to fix it. They ran a power snake twice without success and said our only option was to have a hydro jet treatment that would cost almost $1,000. We decided to call Roto-rooter for another opinion and Stan fixed this on his first attempt and saved us a lot of money. We are so grateful for Stan at Root-rooter.
