The two plumbers that came out to my house yesterday was amazing 🤩 they got the job done they were was very polite. Whatever questions that I asked them they were very informative and and let me know everything that needed to be done. I’m so happy with the outcome. Thanks so much!! I can’t believe this place has such good reviews.We have had a problem with our toilet backing up and not flushing properly. I don’t know anything about plumbing but it seemed like it shouldn’t be too complicated. I put in a call Saturday at around 11:30 am, the plumber arrived probably about an hour later and everything seemed great. Then he tried to upsell us on everything, and ended up charging $600 which was several times more than I expected to pay. Whatever, toilet’s fixed so that’s the important thing.Except that now the other toilet is suddenly having the same problem, when it was perfectly fine before. So I call again the next day, a little irritated at paying $600 for my problem to be redirected. The operators are incredibly rude to me but tell me they’ll send someone out within two hours, probably less. 2 hours later I receive a text saying they’re on their way, and over an hour later they are still not here. I call again, the operator is EXTREMELY rude to me, and I’m told they’re not far away (on a street I’ve never heard of). So far 15 minutes later there’s no sign of them.At this point, even if they do arrive and fix anything, I’ve wasted my entire weekend sitting here waiting around. Would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy.EDIT: Our plumber arrived (90 minutes after the text saying he was on his way) but once he got here, he was great. Fixed our issue in 15 minutes with no charge. Updated to 2 stars.

I contacted Stokes plumbing for a burst pipe in my home. They came out immediately and serviced my home.The company was fast, professional, and efficient. Not only were they very reasonable but they also provided top quality service (fixing issues that a previous plumber did incorrectly) If you are looking for a reasonable, efficient plumber with quality services I strongly recommend this company!

I was very pleased with Geo's Plumbing Services. He was able to diagnose the issue with my water pressure immediately and accurately, he demonstrated good and professional communication skills and on the day he provided services, he discovered an additional problem affecting my water pressure and made those repairs so the issue would be resolved for good. His price points are very reasonable and affordable. He also provided me a 1yr warranty and did a 1month check-in to see how everything was working for me. My water pressure went from just above trickling to its full potential which definitely feels like more than the standard 80psi. I plan to use his services to also connect my refrigerator to my water line and a few other projects.

This was an awesome experience. Had a plumber from another company come out and was unable to fix the issue. That plumber sent me the contact info for Zoom. They where able to schedule me for service quickly. Our original date had to be rescheduled due to the holidays and staffing but the issue was not an emergency and the office reached out before my appointment time to reschedule the next day so that was no biggie. The tech John showed up bright and early to start work. John was super professional. He used a drop cloth to keep the area clean. He wore booties to keep my carpet clean and even had booties on the machinery he was using. Quoted us a price and it was fair. There was even a moment where he could have overcharged us and he did not. He was extremely fast and pleasant and will definitely use Zoom again for any plumbing issues. Thanks John you're awesome!

Stefanski plumbing was top notch, professional, and prompt to help fix out major plumbing issues in our home. Their whole team did a stellar job repairing a myriad of work that another company messed up, and even upgraded our fixtures to be more practical for our home. We will definably use them for any plumbing issues in the future.

Wow! What a great experience we had today with Frank's crew. Frank, (his son Sam, and crew just replaced my sewer line (which is a huge bummer when you just bought your house) with great care and really worked hard to avoid busting up my driveway (& succeeded). From the first call to the end, they were on-time, direct and clear in communicating what they could and could not do, and were super friendly as well. They only dug and ripped up the grass/landscaping they had to and left everything as clean as when they came. Frank is knowledgeable, pays attention to new developments in his industry and seems fair. I will gladly refer any friend to Frank Taciak and Sam Taciak.

Good service, quick results.

We had a leakage issue in our upstairs bathroom that affected our downstairs ceiling. We needed immediate attention first thing in the morning to stop the water flow. Roto-Rooter was able to send someone to us within the hour! Dama (1503) was very professional and nice. He helped fix our leak and plumbing issues in under an hour and called in an additional specialist to appraise the water damage. Overall a GREAT experience that made a morning full of failures all the better. Will be calling Roto-Rooter for future plumbing and draining needs!
