Roto-Rooter did an excellent job replacing my sump pump. Sam, the plumber, did a great job installing the new pump and answering my many questions.

Called Steve for a problem toilet that kept unseating itself. He came out next day. Fixed it perfectly. I found my new Plumber (keeping his CV info), my new go to guy. Thanks again Steve!

I've used Ray Stefanski Plumbing & Heating a couple times over the past 20+ years. Both times we rec'd prompt service, and the work they performed has lasted throughout the years. It's hard to find quality workmanship anymore, so when my elderly parents now (today) had a big plumbing problem, I didn't hesitate to recommend them. That's why I'm writing this review so late.

As with any professional, they are not cheap, but remember, you get what you pay for. We wouldn't expect Ray Lewis or Lamar Jackson to cost less than they're worth, so I don't expect to pay a professional plumber on the cheap either.

Highly recommended, and I'll use them next time I need plumbing services.

My service rep spent the better part of an afternoon into the evening snaking 75 feet of a sewer line after a major backup. The house is old and the main access to the line was inoperable. It took a lot of work to come up with an alternative plan and it required more than one idea, but he did and got things working again. He did a great job. Thank you!

This is a woman owned business/ they are exceptional— knowledgeable about products and brands, extremely responsive through a chat feature and the plumber who performed the work was efficient and left the work area clean. They repaired a bathroom shower leak, installed new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. Very professional, good quality and value.

The plumber from Caton's tried hard to save me money. I ended up getting a new water heater, but not before he tried his best to get the old one working again.
