I was very pleased with Geo's Plumbing Services. He was able to diagnose the issue with my water pressure immediately and accurately, he demonstrated good and professional communication skills and on the day he provided services, he discovered an additional problem affecting my water pressure and made those repairs so the issue would be resolved for good. His price points are very reasonable and affordable. He also provided me a 1yr warranty and did a 1month check-in to see how everything was working for me. My water pressure went from just above trickling to its full potential which definitely feels like more than the standard 80psi. I plan to use his services to also connect my refrigerator to my water line and a few other projects.

They were invited to connect the water pipe today. He said it cost $1,781. We told him whether to do it well. He replied yes. As a result, he didn't start to do it and said he couldn't do it. If we want us to pay him 1781, we will say that you didn't start to do it and asked me to pay. He said that he had to pay when he came here. As a result, my water pipe was not ready and I had to pay.

This company installed a water heater for a neighbor of mine and did a stroller job but after they had a problem with the heater they came out and looked at it and never came back to repair it, told her if it needed parts it would be around 400 dollars 25 days later they never came back or answered her phone calls. I looked at it and fixed it and the parts was covered under manufacturers warranty, I would absolutely not call this company for anything

Would definitely recommend. They are honest and very knowledgeable. They have completed multiple jobs for my company and I’ve never had a call back. The owner or his son have always been on site and that says a lot. I used them this morning on a job and their honesty saved my customer quite a bit of money. This in turn helps my company keep our good reputation. They are a great asset for us.

Chan was so awesome! He was super nice and professional! Our water heater broke and Roto Rooter came out in less than 2 hours! Chan went and got a new water heater and had it installed that day! I highly recommend them! I will be using them again for sure!

Purcell Edwards 3755 was very professional and knowledgeable. He was patient and kind when explaining what needed to be done and why it needed to happen. Cleared the main sewer line which allowed us to be able to open our office tomorrow. I’m very appreciative of his service. I will definitely use Roto Rooter for future services.

This is a woman owned business/ they are exceptional— knowledgeable about products and brands, extremely responsive through a chat feature and the plumber who performed the work was efficient and left the work area clean. They repaired a bathroom shower leak, installed new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. Very professional, good quality and value.
