I can not say enough positive things Caton and my great Tech Bruce (#2171). I had been dealing with running hot water for 3 days. I called Caton and they were able to send Bruce out that day. They kept in contact with me so that I would know when he would arrive. He came in and accessed my problem. He was very honest about what he could do and the approximate cost. So in the beginning of the NorEastern that we just went thru, Bruce came to my home and stayed until the problem was fixed. He made sure he discussed the pricing with me again and was amazing. I told him not to worry about cleaning up and he just chuckled and cleaned and wiped down everything. Caton Plumbing and Bruce are definitely the Go To Team. Thank you Caton Plumbing. I heard about this company through a friend. I was pleased when I received an immediate response along with a next day appointment for my gas test. I was unfamiliar with what a gas test was as this is something that should have been performed on my home prior to purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and professional and wanted to make me aware of the process. He scheduled all of my inspections and pulled the necessary permits in a timely fashion. He also coordinated the inspection times with my schedule and tried to limit the amount of days I would need to take off from work. This was very important to me! He did a great job and the prices were better than I was quoted with other companies! I will definitely be using them in the future.

I met Spiro after coming out of a real bad situation which was caused by my earlier contractor who had just half completed his plumbing work of my property and did not take care of my gas heating job professionally.Later I came to know that the earlier contractor was not even a licensed guy.So I fired my old contractor and got Empire Plumbing and Heating ,the day Spiro entered my property he accessed the whole situation gave confidence saying that he can take care of the entire situation however it is and got all the needed genuine inspections after replacing the gas pipes and even replacing the half damaged plumbing work which the old contractor has performed.At every point he gave me a picture based status update and ontime presence on the day when he says the job needs to be done.The days of inspection the level of confidence on his work was so high and perfect that all the inspections and the work was perfect.I give all five stars 🌟 to Spiro.Since he is man of his words and he sees to put stuff at top quality.I will be referring him to others for all the great work he does at different places.

I was very pleased with Catons Plumbing. The plumber arrived on time and promptly fixed a badly clogged drain. He even gave me some advice for preventing the problem in the future.

Replaced Sewage line from under my basement out to the backyard. I was referred to them by a friend who had their sewage line replaced. It was quite the job.

My sewage line was 13 feet below the backyard and 5-6 feet below the basement floor. It was at one of my rental properties and James and his crew were great even when the tenants weren't always on the same page as James, his crew and I. He left the areas clean and neat. I just had to get the tile redone. Once tile was done, his team put my bathroom back together! CALL Zoom Drains from Essex - James and his team are great!

Wow! What a great experience we had today with Frank's crew. Frank, (his son Sam, and crew just replaced my sewer line (which is a huge bummer when you just bought your house) with great care and really worked hard to avoid busting up my driveway (& succeeded). From the first call to the end, they were on-time, direct and clear in communicating what they could and could not do, and were super friendly as well. They only dug and ripped up the grass/landscaping they had to and left everything as clean as when they came. Frank is knowledgeable, pays attention to new developments in his industry and seems fair. I will gladly refer any friend to Frank Taciak and Sam Taciak.

There were tree roots digging into my water line - I hired Roto-Rooter to snake the line for me. Nothing worse than finding your pipes are clogged when you have company over for the holidays! RR sent one of their best, who worked diligently. Now I am ready for Halloween, Thanksgiving AND Christmas.
