I called early in the morning and told them I had a tenant That needed emergency service because a pipe had burst and the tenant had no water. They told me someone would be out between 9 and 1. I did not hear from them so I called and said there was a problem , they could not get in touch with there plumber.so they told me someone would be out between 4 and 5. Then I got a call from dispatch at 6 o'clock asking if I still wanted a plumber to go out. My tenant took off of work and I wasted a whole day when I could have had another plumber go over and fix the problem for them. Very Unprofessional. They also stated they tried to call me 4 times. Geo Plumbing service were professional, gave me a specific time frame so that I did not have to wait around all day. They resolved the issue without incident. They are courteous, friendly, and respectful. They have great work ethics and they are honest. I did not get the run around from them.

This was an awesome experience. Had a plumber from another company come out and was unable to fix the issue. That plumber sent me the contact info for Zoom. They where able to schedule me for service quickly. Our original date had to be rescheduled due to the holidays and staffing but the issue was not an emergency and the office reached out before my appointment time to reschedule the next day so that was no biggie. The tech John showed up bright and early to start work. John was super professional. He used a drop cloth to keep the area clean. He wore booties to keep my carpet clean and even had booties on the machinery he was using. Quoted us a price and it was fair. There was even a moment where he could have overcharged us and he did not. He was extremely fast and pleasant and will definitely use Zoom again for any plumbing issues. Thanks John you're awesome!

I have been dealing with a slow draining kitchen sink and dishwasher for approximately 18 months. I have contacted other plumbing services, but they would only snake the drain (which worked for a day or 2). I called Ray expecting the same treatment, but thankfully they did not want to patch the problem, they wanted to resolve it.

From the initial consult to starting to work, it was just a few days. Ray's team examined my piping and realized the builders did not put enough of a fall in the piping to allow for any refuse to flush out . The end result was replacing about 40 feet of piping. When Ray showed me the pipe after it was removed, it was almost completely blocked.

It has been about 5 weeks not and the sink and dishwasher are working better than I could have imagined. I will absolutely use Ray and his team for future project (or issues).

I would highly recommend this company. The owner of this company is an excellent and a reasonable person to work with to bring the cost to its minimum price unlike all other similar companies I've tried. He is personally involved with the project and also supervises all the details of the work. He turley cares about the quality and efficiency of his work. He and his son and other employees make sure you get the best quality of work for the reasonable price you paid!!!

My toilet was backed up. I had a buddy that works as a part tine Handyman attempt to help me. In short, I learned you will pay one way or another. Roto roter knew what they were doing and fixed the toilet ASAP.

Very happy with the prompt and courteous service. The water remediation specialist (Jason Nelson) came within an hour of me calling, answered all my questions and explained in detail what will take place. His 2-men crew arrived shortly thereafter and expeditiously proceeded to pump water out of my basement. A little before that, the plumber (BT - #1079) came and in no time replaced my sump pump.Everyone was very nice, careful and considerate.
