Ty replaced an old cast iron tub with a new tub. He provided a detailed quote and did the job expertly and efficiently. We were very happy with the completed job. Ty is personable and conscientious and I highly recommend him.

Fix a clogged shower drain issue that a previous plumbing service vendor did not fix. They were professional, courteous, called me to discuss the problem directly as I have tenants in the home, and as the homeowner not living there, its very helpful to talk to the technician directly rather than going thru my tenants. He gave me the cost upfront and fixed the problem within the hour.

After our main plumbing line busting, Maung with Roto Rooter was there within 3 hours. He gave us a very fair price and within 2 hours the pipe was replaced and clean up was performed. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter to anyone needing prompt and timely service.

Lou Jones, installed new fixtures(toilet and new spigots on sink) Also installed a new Vinyl floor. Cut and installed a new subfloor. Removed and reinstalled the base board that was taken from the room,Very carefully so that he could reinstall on the the walls and had the vinyl floor edges under the baseboards per the contract. Left a very clean work space and work areas.

Extremely fast and efficient. Extremely reasonable with the pricing . and they were here within the hour! Would highly recommend to anyone in need in the area!

Called for a replacement sump pump on Monday morning and got an appointment for Wednesday. But Spiro called back Monday afternoon and said they’d finished a job early - would I like them to come by today? In short, they replaced the sump pump that day and I couldn’t be happier. I will be calling Empire for any further plumbing needs. 👏👏

Made an appointment. The appointment was confirmed. Then nobody showed up to perform the work and did not even call to follow-up. Not recommended.

This is an updated post. I’d like to thank Mr. Greg Anderson for his swift response to my post regarding the service I received on Monday, 25 February 2019. He contacted me directly to make things right. He genuinely cares about the customer and their experience with Catons Plumbing. His no-nonsense approach speaks to the integrity of the company and I would recommend their services to others.

Guys were great they came way down from bmore and fixed our water heater they didn't have to do that if you want the job done call geo's they are trustworthy especially after all service pros stiffed us

Because of this experience I will call Zoom for any future plumbing problems. We had our toilet back up because our sewer line was failing due to roots.
