I called and they came within 15 minutes, figured out the problem, and then unclogged the sewer drain. Took about 2 1/2 hours and cost about $500. No muss, no fuss, maybe a bit expensive, but this doesn't happen every day here, so I have no idea of the going rate.
Not really complaining, I wasn't about to mess with a clogged sewer line, and they came fast and fixed the problem.

After cleaning out my plumbing and making sure that the problem was resolved, he was able to provide me with the best advice about sewage cleanup and restoration to my basement. He coordinated Cynthia to look over the damage to my basement at a time convenient for me. Cynthia was incredibly professional, and she made me understand my options. She walked me through the whole process of restoration. She was able to schedule everything in the same the day. This was the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company. The pricing was affordable, and I am very happy with this service. I plan to utilize them for all of my plumbing needs.
