Joe and his son were LIFE SAVERS! My husband and I returned from our holiday vacation to a bust pipe. We arrived home on Wednesday to find the pipe and Joe and his son were here the next morning. They fixed the problem for us at a fair price and even offered us advice so the problem wouldn't occur again. I will absolutely be using ACE plumbing again for any of my plumbing needs. We called Metcalf on a Monday, the owner came out a day later and gave me a fair quote with honest recommendations. Scheduled the work for Thursday (2 days later) but they could accommodated it even sooner. Metcalf gave me a two hour window and they arrived 5 minutes into that window with text message notifications ahead of time and were done on-time. I really appreciate that they adhered to that schedule. They didn't disturb my family with too much noise. They were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up the site when they were done and all-in-all I'm really pleased with the work.

Very fast response time of less than 25 minutes. The technician correctly identfied the problem and fixed it! I am extremely satisfied with this service!

The day before guest from out of town were to arrive for the holidays, my toilet started leaking. Mike’s was able to come within a few hours. I was extremely satisfied with Jarod’s work and courtesy. i was a bit worried from past reviews about this company had to use them for home warranty and were the only ones able to come out same day. within the time range they gave of 10am to 2pm came around 1:00ish. My well pressure switch was not working so was rather quick repair. The plumber that came named Scott was down to earth and explained everything in detail. he is an older plumber so has more experience then others. so far so good will update review if needed

Omar was a wonderful tech. Made sure my system was working perfectly and even gave me tips on how to use my thermostat and change my settings to be more effective and efficient. He was on time, courteous, and very respectful of me and my home. Pricing was very reasonable! Will definitely have Horizon do my maintenance from now on!

I had the absolute worst experience with this plumber - worse than any single contractor I’ve ever worked with. They will now not return my calls to make this right. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER.

First, both jobs I hired him for leak terribly. They were awful, incomplete, messy installations. The job was not done. I had a leaking toilet, for example - the guy just lifted it up, put on a new wax ring and called it a day. It still leaks. Another toilet he installed pours water into my bathroom.

In addition, he needed help along the way, which I should not have to do for a contractor, and ended up dropping the toilet on my foot and on 2 tiles that he chipped (see attached photos)

I have been calling and calling simply asking for someone to come finish the incomplete jobs, but NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK. They are ignoring my calls

Once I get a call back, I am more than happy to remove this post. Please call me back to make this right. It is outrageous that you would treat any client this way.

They showed up hours late but I guess the work they did was okay.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
