Needed water heater replaced. Called and they picked up right away. Scheduled appointment and Jeff showed up right on time and promptly got to work. Power outages made things difficult but Jeff was very flexible and easy going. Very fair price.

Louis from Metcalf went above and beyond! Knowledgable and did a great job of explaining what he was doing as he went. We got all our repairs completed the day of service and will definitely be calling Metcalf next time we need plumbing repairs.

When the sewer line cracked in my house my son who is a plumber had used this company himself said call Alpha. I expected delays with response and implementation of work. I went online to request service for the sewer line and within 12 minutes they called me, not in 24 to 48 hours, 12 minutes. Appointment made for assessment of my needs and when the first team said we need the second team I had an verbal agreement for 2 days later. With in an hour the 2nd team called and was on their way. I had water when they left. Bathroom was jackhammered 2 days later, fixed and now I am going forward picking out a new floor. Price was so unexpected. I was prepared for the worse and was wrong. Thank you Alpha team.

Joe and Max came to install a flex line and bring my gas valve up to code so I can have installed a new gas stove. They both were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Then I had a follow up visit to check on the furnace pilot light from Matt who was also helpful. I have used Stilwell for a previous issue with my toilet and had a new toilet installed by Josh. So far everyone has been great!

Josiah the technician arrived right on schedule. I showed him where the leak was with our hot water pipes, and he said he could replace the pipe that was leaking with not problem. He was fast, courteous, and professional. 5 stars for Josiah.

I am super impressed with the professionalism and great work supplied by Perfect Plumbing. The price was reasonable and no waiting or run-around which is a first for me. I highly recommend their service and will be a repeat customer. I was referred to them and will definitely refer them to my friends.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
