We have called TLBack several times for various reasons. He has always been prompt and thorough; sometimes coming the very same day that we called. The owner, Ty, is very knowledgeable, courteous and personable and his prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

We noticed our water bill started to be very expensive ($7000),We called the city water dept,it took them 6 months to come out and investigate.they said we have a major water main break and it is on our side of the property not the city side.We called Ace Plumbling,talked to Joe,he told us how soon he can out,Joe and his crew fix water main in 2 days,they was excellent and so professional even during hot weather and thunderstorms.forget about 5 stars,Joe and his sons deserve 10 stars,Ace plumbling will be our permanent Plumbers forever!!

Quick and neat.

Catons plumbing has been great. Their call center is friendly and responsive. We’ve used them twice now and each time they’ve sent someone out within 24hours. Additionally, their crew is knowledgeable and professional. Elijah in particular went above and beyond on some bathroom plumbing reworking. He was so professional and made sure the job was done perfectly.

We have been using their services for more 6 years for various repairs throughout our house. We live in an older row home and this crew has shown nothing but the upmost expertise and professionalism. Highly recommend!!

Mr. Liana was able to fit me in the same day I called! He was very professional, wore booties to keep my floors clean and he assessed the issue with the leak very efficiently. He had the parts to repair and did so quickly with a fair price! I would definitely highly recommend this business.

Justin has been tremendous on both occasions we have used him. He came and replaced a spicket in our garage that was leaking and he came the SAME DAY to fix our hot water heater. He is fair priced, very knowledgeable, very professional and a great guy. We highly recommend his business.

Had 2 outside hose faucets and one under sink shut off valve replaced since they were 36 years old and needed replacing.
David and John were at my neighbors fixing her toilet when I asked them if they come over and work for me right away. They gave me an estimate and called in to see if they did not have another job right away, which they did not. Both were friendly and very polite. David was teaching the business to John. David was very knowledgeable and explained all my questions. Really glad they were able to fix my potential leaking problems right away. Thanks again Guys.

Wes did a phenomenal job. Another company gave us an estimate of $10K and two days work to fix a pipe. Wes did it in a few hours and at a fraction of the cost. Cannot recommend enough.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Consider yourself lucky if this Guy is a no show. Unfortunately for me, he showed up. And the work was NOT done correctly. I had to call a professional plumbing service one month later to redo everything. NOTE: HE IS NOT A LICENSED PLUMBER. That is everything you need to know right there.

This is the worst most unprofessional company. The ladies that answer the phones are very nice and polite but that’s where the professionalism ends. My appt. was 8-12 pm but they arrived at 3:25 pm. The worker that came to my house seemed lazy and acted like things weren’t covered under my policy (but I knew the were).

Called to have them return for a repair that wasn’t done correctly. Manager/owner got nasty and smart and refused to send someone out (had to call my insurance even though the item was still under their warranty).

Bottom line, I would avoid this company at all cost especially because they don’t want to stand behind their work. Years ago I had a worker come out from this company and he was great; but now I have nothing good to say about these recent workers.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
