After having a new toilet installed by a company who obviously spends quite a bit on their marketing and advertising, I realized that their tech had not secured the toilet tightly (which can lead to major problems down the line). Maung (technician 4811) was great. I called at 6:30pm for an emergency drain backed up and overflowing into our basement. He arrived in just about an hour and didn’t give up when he couldn’t find the cause at first. A few hours in he finally was able to clear the line after putting over 65’ of snake through. Very professional.

Called up Roto Rooter and they came out to give me an estimate on installing my gas stove and they beat the price of Home Depot plumber pricing so I told Purcell and his apprentice, Danielle, that they have the job. My new gas stove was delivered on Saturday and Josh (5765) came out to install my new stove on the same day of the delivery. Josh did an excellent job and he double checked everything making sure it had no leaks and that my new stove was working properly. Other plumbing company states 24/7 but they are not. They charge extra fee for weekend but not Roto Rooter. They really mean 24/7 including weekend at no extra cost. I will definitely be using Roto Rooter for any plumbing or installation services from now on. I am a very happy and satisfied customer of Roto Rooter. Thanks Josh (5765), Purcell and Danielle.

Personally had my plumbing worked on by the owner, haven't had a problem since. I feel that these guys don't get enough credit and they have always been on standby for me if I ever had a problem or question. Thank You for the dedication and hard work.

The plumber was very professional and friendly. He got right to work and in less than an hour, I had a new Sump Pump! No more flooding basement! Shortly after he completed the work, a Field Supervisor stopped by to ensure I was happy with the work - a very nice touch.
