5 stars all the way! Received several quotes for a broken pipe feeding our house water from the well. Three other companies quoted us hundreds to thousands of dollars more, and were pushing us to undertake extensive replacement work for the entire line. Ace quickly came out to repair the pipe break in hot and rainy weather, and explained that our pipes didn’t require replacing. The break occurred at a vulnerable junction and our pipes were in otherwise good condition. I found everyone at Ace honest, hardworking and trustworthy. It’s been a while since I’ve had such a great experience with a service provider. I highly, highly recommend this business.

Marvin & the gentleman who came with him were very professional & kind. They solved the problem. They’re the 3rd plumbers we’ve called to fix our clogged sink over the past decade, but the only ones to suggest how to actually prevent it. My dog liked them to, so you know they’re good people:)

Technician Nyi was phenomenal! 3 other techs had been out to my home and all failed. Not only did he succeed where others did not, he was clean, left no mess, or spilled water (like the second guy). I am very thankful that he was sent out on this trip!

Justin and his team are the best. Since moving in, I've been having sewer issues causing both of our toilets to clog. Justin's team was able to come out in a timely fashion. They inspected all of my plumbing and cleared clogs that I didn't even know existed (Like my bathroom sink!).

They came out the day I called them. The guy who came out and the woman who took my information over the phone worked with me to get an affordable price. The worker also let me know ways I can save money next time, including disconnecting my toilet and cutting where my leak was ahead of time. He also showed me what he was doing and explained everything to me. This is huge to me because I always want to learn how to do simple repairs myself. Will definitely call them next time I have an issue.

Mr. Stefanski and his team was excellent. I was assigned to Mr. Ray by my insurance company after another company could not come out and look at my main sewer line that was clogged. Mr. Ray came out ask some questions left and sent Mr. Bobby the next day who worked to get so many roots out of my line to allow me to flush the toilet and take a bath. Mr. Bobby was very professional and a master at his work. Mr. Stefanski got the approval to have my main line replaced and had a team out a few days later and these men dug my ground up, replaced the line, covered the ground back ip and was done in a few hours while being professional the entire time. The team that worked on my plumbing did an excellent job! Due to some bad weather they did run a little behind schedule but were very good with getting the work done and everything closed up and back in its place before I had to leave town. Wonderful work and team that I had.

Service was excellent. I had a faucet that was leaking into the house from a hose faucet. The master plumber explained how the pipe froze and split. And explain to me how to keep the hose on attached during the winter so that's doesn't happen again. I really appreciated his insights and explanation. About 5 years ago the same faucet was installed and the previous technician did not go through the explanation that Roto-Rooter technician did. Very happy with my service from Roto-Rooter.
