We had Roto-Rooter come out on late Sunday afternoon. The technician was Kam. He did a fabulous job in cleaning out our main sewer line. Even though we did not ask him to, he snaked the line three times just to make sure all the tree roots are cleared from our sewer line. He was very professional and kept our house super clean (since the main line is in the basement and only accessible from the front door. Next day, another technician Larry came out with a camera for an complimentary camera inspection of the sewer line, just to verify that the tree roots were coming from WSSC's line. Again, Larry was very professional and kept our house clean. After the camera inspection, he provided us a DVD within 5 minutes. Having dealt with many plumbers in the past, as a licensed REALTOR, I highly recommend Roto-Rooter. The price was competitive and super, super fast service. Highly recommend it. We had called other plumbers in the past, we were not satisfied with other companies.

We called this company late at night (11 p.m.) with an emergency plumbing issue, after calling 3 major companies that advertise 24 hour plumbing service, yet had no one available. LJ Butler Plumbing was friendly and professional on the phone. He came to our house quickly. He fixed the problem neatly and his pricing was fair. I would call him again for future plumbing needs.

Called after my sump pump suddenly started making loud noises. Spiro came out the next day, diagnosed the problem, and corrected it within minutes, then performed a test to ensure it was working properly. He could have easily told me it needed to be replaced and charged me 10x what he did, but only charged me for the visit. I appreciate the honesty and will only use Empire going forward. Thank you!

Dan is a lifesaver! Today after hours of heavy rain, my parent's aging sump pump needed replacement. Within an hour of contacting TNT, Dan was at their house, had diagnosed the problem & had them all fixed shortly thereafter. My dad's health is failing so it was a tremendous relief to have this issue fixed so quickly, allowing my dad to no longer stress over potential basement flooding. I haven't needed to use a plumber in quite a while. We had a leak in a pipe above our hot water heater. I researched plumbers on yelp and came across Modern Plumbing Systems. I was set on giving them my business based off of the wonderful reviews on there. Let me tell you, this company did not disappoint and is the real deal. If you are concerned about overpaying, this company will not do this to you. I always do my due diligence when researching for contractors for the best and I really feel like I came across the best plumber for me. I want to tell you about Joseph who was the plumber who came to our house. He was professional, polite, so very nice and knew what the heck he was doing. He not only told me what was wrong but also gave me great tips on what to do in the future. I was very impressed with Joe's skills and knowledge. I had another issue with our toilet which Joe was nice to check out for me and he fixed it right up. My stress level went from 10 - 0 thanks to him. I am very grateful and will be a customer for life. Thank you Joe! You have mad skills.

James Smith and his assistants (one was Howard; I don't have the other's name) did an excellent job. We were especially impressed that they took the time and care to tie back and safeguard our plants. (Access to our backyard was difficult.) The excavation work was done skillfully and efficiently. James and his assistants were also very pleasant to deal with.

I had the absolute worst experience with this plumber - worse than any single contractor I’ve ever worked with. They will now not return my calls to make this right. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER.

First, both jobs I hired him for leak terribly. They were awful, incomplete, messy installations. The job was not done. I had a leaking toilet, for example - the guy just lifted it up, put on a new wax ring and called it a day. It still leaks. Another toilet he installed pours water into my bathroom.

In addition, he needed help along the way, which I should not have to do for a contractor, and ended up dropping the toilet on my foot and on 2 tiles that he chipped (see attached photos)

I have been calling and calling simply asking for someone to come finish the incomplete jobs, but NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK. They are ignoring my calls

Once I get a call back, I am more than happy to remove this post. Please call me back to make this right. It is outrageous that you would treat any client this way.
