Allen was able to attend to a massive problem resulting from a faulty water softener. He made time to help me disconnect the bad one, clear pipes of the resin, and install a new one all within a week. This was not an expense we wanted right now, but it had to be done so I'm glad it was repaired and replaced by someone who was prompt, clean, and helpful all the way through the process.

Called five times over two weeks for a water heater replacement. The person for scheduling had always just stepped out and voicemail messages were never returned. Finally gave up and went elsewhere.

I also appreciate that they always let me know every step of the way how much everything was going to cost, and they always look for ways to save me money with any deals or specials. I have used JTK for a major bathroom remodel and for maintenance. I found them through my home warranty company and have always had a great experience so I kept them on after the warranty ended as my go to plumber.
