good Performance and Experience! I needed replacement of 35+year old furnace, humidifier, and install of gas line for dryer. Phone staff and work repairman was consistently friendly and helpful. Called one day, service and quote technicians came next day, then amazingly, install was next day! reasonably priced. Had finance options I could afford without breaking the bank! Technicians explained how to operate installs. They removed old units and left area clean. I highly recommend them and am grateful to have a company I can have confidence in for future maintenance. Had these guys install a utility sink in my garage, including running the supply and drain lines. Did an awesome job, did it fast, and charged a fair price. Highly recommend!

He came out to discuss my project after the 2nd time I called him. He promised a bid by the end of the week. No bid came. Still haven't received a bid after 2 more times of me asking for one. This guy is obviously unreliable and doesn't follow through. If you don't want to do a project at least be respectful enough to say that instead of stringing people along. I do not recommend him.

Seann was very knowledgeable, friendly and fair. Came out on Sunday at no extra charge to unclog a drain, replaced a drain pipe under the sink that was too short and checked for leaky fittings. Asked if there was anything else he could help with so I told about the toilet running every so often, within minutes he found the problem and fixed it with no extra charge. We agreed that the toilet was loose and probably leaking under the base so now he’s coming back Tuesday to pull and reseat it. Recommend him over the big names 1000%.

Freddy’s staff was on time and courteous. They did a great job and got our kitchen sink unclogged. I also appreciate how quickly Freddy responded to my call.

First time customer. Friendly, welcoming scheduler set up an appointment for the next day. The plumber was professional and efficient when installing (3) flappers (which I had purchased previously), found a small clog in one of the toilets, and fixed two leaky bathtub faucets.
Liked Wellman's BBB rating, on-line site with successful years of serving Lincoln customers, and easy on-line payment. I paid the reasonable statement (on-line) the day it was received. How convenient!

I called them on a Saturday afternoon and they were very willing to help me with my issue in the coming days. I ended up trying to fix it myself and i was actually able to fix it on my own, but they were so nice to take my call on a Saturday and get me on the books so quickly that I had to leave a review. If I ever have a plumbing issue, this will be the first call I make!

We called John Henry do to a heat pump issue. The office assistant was the most friendly and helpful person I have ever spoken to. She listened to my concern and was able to schedule someone to come out promptly and when it fit into my schedule. This also gave me confidence in their future work.

The heating and air guy came out as schedule (and I appreciated seeing how far out he was to plan and be ready when he arrived). One here he was friendly, professional and helpful informing me in what I needed. I felt like he listens to my concern and he called his supervisor on the spot to ensure he was able to help with my unique debacle.

His initial visit gave me piece of mind in future services and I’m glad they will be back out to finish working on my unit soon!

We use JTK plumbing for all our plumbing needs at our home and rentals always does a great job. Before I started using them I had had a different company come out told me what was wrong and what needed to be done called JTK and Jason came our and fixed it for a lot less. Thanks JTK plumbing

Called in for service., Never got called back. Wasted 5 hours of my day. Call multiple times and still no response. Will not recommend This company to anyone!!!
