Mark did a terrifc task fixing our toilet and our patio water hose. Both were leaking and it's been so frustrating. Mark was efficient and professional. He gave me several options of repair and helped me select which one worked best for our home.

Karen and I have been absolutely THRILLED with Deal’s Plumbing. They are fantastic to work with. They are quick to respond when we have a plumbing need. Chris is very organized and we can count on him to always stay on schedule with each project we start. Chris’ prices are fair and he and his team truly know what they are doing. I remember a plumbing inspector coming to check their work and he said: ‘Beautiful’. We agree! One of the reasons our bathroom and kitchen remodel are so gorgeous is because Chris and his team were involved! When you see the new kitchen pictures you will see that we are still in process- seeded glass doors will be added once another project is complete. You will see pictures of our new water softener and the reverse osmosis water filtration system in the basement. Chris and his team are so knowledgeable about all that they do for us. We LOVE our new kitchen and bathroom and we will definitely be returning to them in the future! Deals Plumbing is top notch!

Had them come fix my toilet leak after two other companies couldn't figure it out, and they came and had the issue resolved within minutes. Very friendly and thoroughly explained what was wrong to me and how I can avoid it from happening again.

Prompt, friendly, does good work, fair price, am referring him to relatives and friends.

The men work very hard, to bad the city doesn't have workers like these guys.

They showed up the same day that I called, and fixed my plumbing issue very quickly.

Complete waste of my time! I submitted a request through our Home Warranty to come inspect the water heater because we had no hot water. They were very responsive and came to look at it that day and told me I needed a new water heater. Great! No complaints from my end. They collected a $100 service fee and told me they would set up everything with the home warranty and I should hear back from them in 3 days. After 5 days of nothing, I called our Home Warranty provider and asked if they would follow up with the request. They put in a ticket to follow up with JT & K Services every day until it was resolved. After zero response for 2 more weeks, I follow up again to see what the deal was. The Home Warranty company informed me they had called EVERY DAY to follow up with them. JT & K never answered the phone and never returned their phone call. Basically they avoided the Home Warranty company like the Black Plaque

I told the Home Warranty I wanted a new plumber. So we had to start the whole process again, ugh! Luckily the next plumbing company came out, did the inspection, ordered a new water heater and installed it in only 3 days. To recap, I wasted 3 weeks waiting for JT & K Services to come fix our water heater.

On a side note, JT & K Services told me what they recommended needed to be fixed when replacing the water heater (piping, fittings, vent, etc). I told the 2nd plumber what JT & K told me, and they said all of that was unnecessary and that JT & K was probably adding more work for themselves because it was a Home Warranty call.

Save yourself some time & frustration & walk away.

Called in for service., Never got called back. Wasted 5 hours of my day. Call multiple times and still no response. Will not recommend This company to anyone!!!

We called John Henry do to a heat pump issue. The office assistant was the most friendly and helpful person I have ever spoken to. She listened to my concern and was able to schedule someone to come out promptly and when it fit into my schedule. This also gave me confidence in their future work.

The heating and air guy came out as schedule (and I appreciated seeing how far out he was to plan and be ready when he arrived). One here he was friendly, professional and helpful informing me in what I needed. I felt like he listens to my concern and he called his supervisor on the spot to ensure he was able to help with my unique debacle.

His initial visit gave me piece of mind in future services and I’m glad they will be back out to finish working on my unit soon!

I highly recommend Bethany Plumbing! I gave them 5 stars, but if I could've given them 10 stars, I would have! A couple days ago my bath tub suddenly quit draining, I called them and they came out asap & got it unplugged. They also cleaned out my kitchen pipes as they had been draining slow. I am so amazed at the difference in how they drain now! I had no idea they could drain so fast! You get used to how slow things drain because it's so gradual, but what a huge difference it is now. And I also noticed that I now have excellent flow/pressure of the water coming out of my kitchen faucet! I was so frustrated at how slow the water would come out of the faucet. I just assumed it meant I just didn't have good water pressure at my house and didn't realize it could be fixed! It would take so long to fill up my tea kettle or fill up pans for boiling water. But Bethany Plumbing to the rescue!!! I can't believe has fast and strong that water comes out now!! It's so incredible & exciting! I'm sorry this is so long, but I am just so excited in the improvements that Bethany Plumbing made for my plumbing. They were great from the get go! So kind & helpful on the phone when I called needing help. They kept me updated as far as when they would be out. They were at my house when they said they would be. They were patient and helpful when I mentioned another thing that wasn't working right and wanted them to look at! They gave me great advice for maintenance and they were so very fair and honest for the cost. I know I will definitely call them again when I have drainage issues and you should too, you won't be sorry! Thanks so much Bethany Plumbing!
