With all the rain last spring, I was getting a lot of water in my basement. I suspected the drain tile was not delivering water to the sump pit. A plumber I trusted suggested calling Bethany Plumbing. I called Bethany Plumbing and Matt came out later that day. He ran a camera through my drain tile and found a low spot where water collected and then entered the house rather than making its way to the sump pit. Replacing drain tile is expensive. Matt suggested a number of things I could easily do myself to get the water out and keep it out until I am ready to have the drain tile replaced. He also recommended a company to replace the drain tile. I did the things Matt suggested and my basement has been dry even though we've had a lot of rain recently.

Throughout the process, I texted Matt several times with questions. He promptly responded with helpful answers even though he was not getting paid for his time and expertise.

I had a really good experience with Bethany Plumbing and will recommend them to others. Matt was prompt and on-time. He expertly diagnosed the problem and then provided advice for fixing the problem. Finally, his bill was lower than I expected.

Matt and Michelle are fantastic! He used a drain cable with chains instead of the normal blades, which was way more effective and twice as fast as what I’ve had to use in the past. He also used the camera alongside it to make sure everything was done perfectly. We were done in 30 minutes and he was super reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling them again when the need arises.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a company. We just moved in to a new build, and woke up this morning to our basement flooding from a blockage in the main line of the drain. As directed by the builder, I immediately called the subcontractor who handled the plumbing for the house, to have them tell me they couldn't get someone out until sometime tomorrow because they already gave two jobs to the weekend crew and dont think they'll want to take on any more this weekend. When pressed for a solution to tide us over until then, they suggested we just avoid using water. Simple as that, huh? Needless to say, I was not satisfied with that response, and will not be contacting that company again for any future jobs if I can help it. The Bethany crew was then called in to do the job. Matt and Michelle were timely, efficient, professional, easy to talk to, and I appreciated that he was patient as I'd asked questions about the what/how/why of the job. The problem was solved expediently and satisfactorily, without waiting until sometime tomorrow. Thanks, Matt! I appreciate the great customer service!

So grateful for and impressed with Bethany Repair Plumbing. We've had nothing but issues with this sewer line since buying our house and they not only came out quickly to take care of it, they did so without it costing us our rainy day fund. On top of it, when I told him the last guys said we would have to dig up our yard and replace our line for a long term solution ($$$$$$$$), he recommended a far more affordable alternative that will likely do the trick just as well with minimal investment on our part. Bethany Repair Plumbing and Rooter are the most honest and reliable drain cleaners in Lincoln. When my main drain wasn’t working I called Rotor Rooter, who made me wait a day for service and then tried to charge me over $450 for a job that Bethany Repair charged me $150 for. This husband and wife team are always are able to come out on the same day I call and are very friendly and professional. They thoroughly explain what’s going on with the problem and how they are going to fix it, and they guarantee their work for no additional charge unlike most places. From here on out I will only use Bethany Repair and Plumbing and Rooter and I just wish I would have found them sooner.

I messed around trying to make our shower faucet move on and off, and hot to cold smoothly for several years. It would work good for a few weeks or so but my work didn't last. This morning my wife said I'm calling a plumber. Matt from Bethany Plumbing was able to stop by later this morning. He knew right away what the problem probably was, had the part in his truck and a short time later the problem was fixed. He was very professional and explained how this isn't an unusual problem for our age of home, and because of the age it probably lasted longer than the ones manufactured and installed now. Great Technician Matt came to our house after our toddler decided to really clog our toilet. It was so bad a simple plunging wouldn't cut it. Bethany Repair Plumbing is who I would call again if needed and refer my family and friends to.

I Had a clogged sewer line backing up and out of my basement shower that I waited 5 days to see if it would clear while considering renting an auger to do it myself. Then I saw the good internet reviews for Bethany Repair Plumbing and decided to give them a try.

They arrived earlier than expected, cleared the clog quickly, charged a very reasonable fee, and even rinsed clean the basement shower floor and made sure it drained OK.

I’m glad I didn’t wait or hassle with renting an auger.

I called them very late on Christmas Eve when I discovered my sewer line was backed up. They were out here on Christmas morning, first thing, and had my drain fixed in no time. They were very affordable, knowledgeable and friendly! I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

I had spent a lot of money with some of the better-known plumbing companies who were not able to properly diagnose why we were having plumbing issues. I called Bethany Plumbing, Matt arrived on time. He cleared the sewage line and found the underlying cause of all our sewage issues by using his camera equipment. I am disappointed that some of the well-known plumbing company could not figure out the root cause after coming out multiple times.

Matt then referred me to a business he partners with to help me resolve the sewage issue. He also went out of his way and fixed an issue unrelated to my service call. Excellent service I am pleased!

Matt made a bad morning into a good morning after the sewer backed up into my basement. They were able to fit me in immediately and showed up 20 minutes after I called. He explained the causes of the problem and mentored me in how to fix it, including walking me through how to replace the low flow flush valve on my toilets to a high flow. From his guidance I was able to replace the valve on the other toilet myself in 30 minutes later that night. Kind, personable, professional, and highly knowledgable. I hope I don't have issues in the future, but if I do I'm calling Matt!

These guys will always be my first call when issues arise, though they did such an amazing job we probably won’t need to call them again!

Immediately able to come out an fix an urgent plumbing issue. Turns out the problem had been breeding for years, their expertise made sure the best actions were taken not just to address issues presented today but any future problems.

Very professional during the pandemic came outfitted with mask and shoe coverings. They were SO respectful of the bathroom space, moving my items, and cleaning up after.

They also communicated clearly about pricing throughout the process. In our case, the problem was well beyond the initial estimate and they were upfront about cost.

So friendly! Let me peek in and ask questions and were very informative.

Finally, they made a few small changes on the toilet to leave things better than were it started.

We had a different plumber's snake break off in our pipe. He was unable to remove it. So we needed to contact another plumber. The second plumber was unable to assist us. So off of the recommendation of a co-worker we contacted Bethany Plumbing. They responded immediately and were able come out that week. Matt was very professional and knew just what to do. Within about 20 min he had the line and blockage free! I was so happy as the second plumber thought we would probably need to go through the concrete to get to the line. Would definitely work with Bethany Plumbing again!

I highly recommend Bethany Plumbing! I gave them 5 stars, but if I could've given them 10 stars, I would have! A couple days ago my bath tub suddenly quit draining, I called them and they came out asap & got it unplugged. They also cleaned out my kitchen pipes as they had been draining slow. I am so amazed at the difference in how they drain now! I had no idea they could drain so fast! You get used to how slow things drain because it's so gradual, but what a huge difference it is now. And I also noticed that I now have excellent flow/pressure of the water coming out of my kitchen faucet! I was so frustrated at how slow the water would come out of the faucet. I just assumed it meant I just didn't have good water pressure at my house and didn't realize it could be fixed! It would take so long to fill up my tea kettle or fill up pans for boiling water. But Bethany Plumbing to the rescue!!! I can't believe has fast and strong that water comes out now!! It's so incredible & exciting! I'm sorry this is so long, but I am just so excited in the improvements that Bethany Plumbing made for my plumbing. They were great from the get go! So kind & helpful on the phone when I called needing help. They kept me updated as far as when they would be out. They were at my house when they said they would be. They were patient and helpful when I mentioned another thing that wasn't working right and wanted them to look at! They gave me great advice for maintenance and they were so very fair and honest for the cost. Michelle answered my call and she and Matt were at my place within the hour. Matt was awesome - I was impressed with the way he detailed the process, the custom equipment he used, his knowledge and his efficiency. And the service was reasonably priced even with a weekend fee. I was facing a main sewer line with tree roots in it and these guys had us squared away quickly. Also didn't get the upsell pitches that are so common with some local companies now. Without going into all the gory details, It was clear to me that these guys aren't going to try and sell you something you don't need. Absolutely amazing! I literally stumbled upon the company on line, read the reviews and called them after 5:30 PM yesterday, 9/5/19. I was expecting to get a call in the next day or so. They called me back the same evening and apologized for not being able to come out that day. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. I've had these folks out a few times now and they are incredible!

The pricing is astounding. Even when I've had to call them on a weekend or holiday.

They were able to get out and clear out my kitchen sink pipe within an hour. And it was cheap!

Over the years of owning my house, every year or two the sewer will back up. I've used all the local people in the past, and every one of them had to pull the toilet or go in through the roof because they apparently couldn't access the very accessible access pipe. Bethany came, and was able to have the access point opened and my sewer line cleared out in less than an hour, with no mess of pulling the toilet. On a holiday weekend!

I called them on short notice on a Saturday afternoon and they came right out. They quoted me a price which I agreed to and in the end the price was LOWER than originally quoted. They did a very high quality job and my drain works like brand new. I was also given a 2 year guarantee, what else could a person want or expect? Very knowledgeable man and I could not be happier. Thank you Matt, if I ever need drain work again, I won't consider calling anyone but you.

Very Responsive! We had SIGNIFICANT sewer blockage and we were desperate for help. Bethany Repair Plumbing & Rooter - The Drain Specialist was referred to us. We called about 3:30 in the afternoon and they were ready to be done for the day Instead they said would come right out and help us out. We are so grateful for their timely service! After clearing our sewer blockage he also gave us his professional advice on ways to decrease the possibility of having future episodes of sewer problems! They deserve a 5 star rating!

Best people in the world Matt and Michelle are great not only with the customer service but just the way their whole presence is there so professional they did my job for half the price of what Roto-Rooter was going to do at 4 and it's still going well gave me some pointers they're not the type to gouge you for every little thing they can they're great do not go to Roto-Rooter whatever you do actually anybody in Lincoln that has to deal with plumbing is not good other than Bethany I called everybody and all the others are either way too busy or way way way expensive go2bethany Plumbing Matt and Michelle are the best

Need any assistant with plumbing Bethany Plumbing is the one to call. I used them for several McDonald's locations. Whenever I had needed drains cleaned or emergency clean outs they have a quick response to your location and to ensure issues are quickly resolved and takes pride in their performance. Also, they care on how your drains are efficiently flowing to prevent problems that could affect your business. I very highly recommend them for commercial use and gets the job done right.

Matt showed up 10 minutes early. He listened to my concerns and made recommendations on what to do. He did a great job at explaining what he needed to do to remove the roots and also instructed me on what product to use to keep the roots from growing back in the future. This is the third time over the last two years I have used Bethany Repair Plumbing. They communicate very well, arrive when expected. When they leave the area is always cleaning then when they arrive - and these are some dirty issues. They are very professional and polite! The price always seems very reasonable.

They came and were prepared and also educated us on how to better care for the drains, so this issue doesn't arise again. Matt and Heath were courteous, diligent and thorough. Our regular plumber recommended Bethany when he discovered that an old drain, roughed in when the house was built, was filled with concrete. Bethany Repair Plumbing and Rooter are AWESOME!!!.... My drain was totally clogged and Matt & Michelle came out ON A SUNDAY and cleaned the drain, ran a camera through the line. put new clean out and everything that needed... done all in a couple hours. Plus, when they were done they ran an a special enzyme liquid thru to kill any smell and sanitize. My house smelled amazing& clean, would never have guessed that a few hours earlier sewar was backed up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !! Will definitely call again if ever needed. Fast, clean, knowledgeable,..... As the Operations Manager of a large outdoor lifestyle center in South Lincoln since 1999, I have come to rely heavily on certain contractors to help me maintain our facility. Bethany Repair Plumbing and Rooter is one of those contractors. We use BRPR on an annual basis to keep all our tenant sewer lines running smoothly. We also use them for day to day issues that pop up, as well as emergency call outs for broken fixtures and plugged lines. They are quick to respond, professional to deal with, and one of the cleanest plumbers I have ever worked with. The only question you will ask yourself after you have used them is - why did I not use them earlier?

Fast, friendly, and caring! They were able to diagnose and make recommendations for correcting a sewer backup issue at our business which has been, to much frustration, happening over the course of the past few years. Every other plumber just treated the symptoms and collected their paycheck. I highly recommend them, and they will be my only plumbers from here on out!

Left a message after hours and within minutes Michelle returned my call. She was very responsive and got me scheduled for early the following day after hearing that my need for service was urgent. Even offered to come out that night if needed. Gave me a phone call before coming out letting me know they would arrive shortly. When Matt showed up he was very polite and respectful of our home. He was wearing shoe covers, mask and gloves. Informed me of his progress along the way and let me know what kind of shape my main drain line was in. He did an amazing job and left it cleaner then when he arrived. Can’t say enough great things about the experience. Matt and Michelle are very professional and take a lot of pride in their work!

I spoke to Michelle around 8:30 this morning regarding my Mothers house that is in the process of being sold and gave her the background. Michelle said they had a job in the area and would be happy to meet me there right after. 9:15 we met! Matt had already spoken to, and received the details on the background from another plumber. Matt is the best with 25 years of experience. He has a beast of a machine that get through anything and he knows what he is doing. He fixed the guts in my toilet while he was here and only charged me for the parts. Michelle is so friendly and easy to work with. Their prices were reasonable. Good people.
