He scoped our pipes to the house and to the main sewer line in a matter of minutes. He discovered a couple of root blockages and referred me to “The Drain Specialist” to have them removed. Then I took J.B.’s advice and called the Drain Specialist. They too responded within the next hour.
The technician cleaned the pipes to the house and to the sewer main within a few minutes. Very efficient, clean, and professional service. And on top of that, he only charged me for one hour of labor. What a surprise to deal with such a great local business. With everything else in the world going wrong, it is refreshing to know that there are honest, hardworking, fair businesses out there. No surprises, no broken promises, no shenanigans! This is the way businesses used to operate. I’m pleasantly surprised as well as fortunate, and you will be too, that The Drain Specialist does business the “Old School” way…with a look in the eye, a firm handshake, and their word as their bond! I highly recommend them for any sewer line issues you find yourself dealing with!

Jeff showed up right on time and was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the issue, gave me options and communicated clearly what he was planning to do. He ended up taking less time than anticipated and charged accordingly. Can't say enough good things about our experiences with this company!

He came out to discuss my project after the 2nd time I called him. He promised a bid by the end of the week. No bid came. Still haven't received a bid after 2 more times of me asking for one. This guy is obviously unreliable and doesn't follow through. If you don't want to do a project at least be respectful enough to say that instead of stringing people along. I do not recommend him.

I called at 8am when they opened, about a broken water heater. By 11:30am, I had a new water heater installed and ready to use. He explained everything and did a great job. I will definitely be using them again.

Called Friday secretary said she would have some one call me back same day. Now Monday no word from them thankfully I got someone to come Saturday but had to pay a premium fee for weekend just because I thought I would get a call back guess it's half my fault but when someone says they'll do something you kind of expect them to do it

Built a home and then a detached garage one year later, Wellman was used for both. They were the only subcontractors that didn't show on time, workmanship stunk, never finished on time, and continually created more problems than needed. Cut holes in ceilings unnecessarily (than quipped they can be patched), equipment leaked water over newly painted garage floor and then took two days to arrive to solve problem - just a few examples. Plus, never an apology. Will never use them again.

I got several estimates to replace a bad sewer line from the house to the street. From the first call I they were very professional, gave me a great estimate and a timeline of work to be done. The guys showed up exactly on time and worked for several hours and got the job done.
