I have contacted The Plumber company two times in the past year or two, and both times I have been INCREDIBLY impressed!
On one of those calls, Roger--The Plumber owner--made a special trip way outside of business hours to a home I was working on where a main line had cracked. He rescued me from a major water catastrophe for a very fair rate. I also contacted him recently because our home main drain had plugged right before Christmas and I couldn't seem to get other companies to come out on a Friday before the holiday. I was out of water/sewage use in our home because of the drain. Even though Roger didn't have the big equipment to clear a water main, he immediately volunteered four other companies he would trust, whom he thought would do the job. Even without getting my business that day, he definitely got us out of a sticky (and smelly) situation! I appreciate businesses that have the right kind of people, and Roger is definitely the right kind of guy!

Ryder Robertson did an superb job. He explained clearly. Was constructive and professional. He corrected our tankless water heater. Yayyyyy! He is coming back for additional home repairs! Thank you!

Great plumbers! I called them to get a dishwasher installed and they were able to get me scheduled in the next couple of days. In and out in a timely manner, Tanner was easy to communicate with and very flexible with my schedule. Could not have asked for any better service. Would definitely recommend and use for future plumbing needs.

Our home warranty company assigned Patriot to us for our pre-season check right before winter and they were super quick to set up an appointment time at their earliest open time. The tech was on time, super respectful of our home & pets, and showed up on time!

They hooked up a new water line for the refrigerator. They were on time, and came within a few days of initial call. The had great customer service, and made sure it was working before they left. The price was fair, and close to the estimate.

I asked for an estimate with Costco for a new air system. Not going to lie I was really nervous when John Henry’s was the one that called. I have heard a lot that they are super expensive. Jon came out and went over our system and said I’ll be right back with some estimates, I was surprised that he was going to put estimates together and go over them in just a few minutes. He spent time answering my questions, reworking estimates, and add a new furnace to see what it would be to just replace the whole system at my request. To my surprise it was cheaper than the company we originally were planning on working with. We got our ducts cleaned the day before the install (I feel terrible I can’t remember their names) but they were so nice and explained everything they did. The next day Justin and Sterling came to install the new system. They kept me updated the entire day, when they were leaving to go put together duct work at the shop, turning on the furnace where I would smell burning, and when they were finishing up and could walk me through everything. Needless to say I am just impressed with everyone. Every time someone new came to the house they would introduce themselves and either take off their shoes or put shoe covers on. I can’t get over the level of customer service I experienced during this process. Customer for life.

JT&K Services, Inc. (JT&K) submitted an invoice to us which included the purchase of a water heater. The price of this water heater was inadvertently paid twice by us, once as part of the larger invoice from JT&K and once as a stand alone credit card payment. We alerted JT&K to this overpayment in June of last year. At that time JT&K acknowledged the error and stated that a refund had been sent or would be sent. We never received a refund and have followed up numerous times over the past six months by telephone and email in an attempt to resolve this matter, but have been unsuccessful. JT&K now refuses to speak with us and actually hangs up on us when we call. We were a regular customer for nearly 4 years but now they are completely unresponsive and rude to us. We are a small non-profit and just want our duplicate payment back.

Called in for service., Never got called back. Wasted 5 hours of my day. Call multiple times and still no response. Will not recommend This company to anyone!!!
