Had these guys install a utility sink in my garage, including running the supply and drain lines. Did an awesome job, did it fast, and charged a fair price. Highly recommend!

Seann was very knowledgeable, friendly and fair. Came out on Sunday at no extra charge to unclog a drain, replaced a drain pipe under the sink that was too short and checked for leaky fittings. Asked if there was anything else he could help with so I told about the toilet running every so often, within minutes he found the problem and fixed it with no extra charge. We agreed that the toilet was loose and probably leaking under the base so now he’s coming back Tuesday to pull and reseat it. Recommend him over the big names 1000%.

They have always been so nice and helpful with any problem we have arise. The gentleman that has come out to our place is very trustworthy and efficient as well as tidy. I often feel I have a lot of clean up after plumbers leave, and that's not the case with Fast Freddy's. I appreciate their professionalism and punctuality as well as how personable they are. They are rude, they don't care about your problems and don't particularly care about getting too you urgently. I don't usually leave reviews, but if you are looking for a plumber and need one on the same week, they can't help you. And if you want to be talked to like a child, go ahead and give them a call. There are tons of plumbers out there. Go with one that actually values customer service.

Response: I appreciate your well wishes. Had this been the type of interaction I had when dealing with the woman on the phone, I would have probably just waited the five days. My main issue was her attitude. But, I have to say I'm grateful in the end because it prompted me to call another plumber. John Henry's was able to come out and fix all the issues within HOURS while working with the insurance company AND being incredible friendly. Customer service is important. I wish your company the best of luck, but in the future hope that you can approach each customer with a little more empathy and not treat them like just another appointment. I've never written a bad review before, so I hope you understand that this wasn't done lightly.

We called John Henry do to a heat pump issue. The office assistant was the most friendly and helpful person I have ever spoken to. She listened to my concern and was able to schedule someone to come out promptly and when it fit into my schedule. This also gave me confidence in their future work.

The heating and air guy came out as schedule (and I appreciated seeing how far out he was to plan and be ready when he arrived). One here he was friendly, professional and helpful informing me in what I needed. I felt like he listens to my concern and he called his supervisor on the spot to ensure he was able to help with my unique debacle.

His initial visit gave me piece of mind in future services and I’m glad they will be back out to finish working on my unit soon!

On September 7, 2021, I called Dvorak Plumbing based on their 5 star review, to get my existing water heater serviced. The pilot light kept on going out. When I told them the Yr Make & model, they immediately said on the phone that I needed a new water heater, that would cost me $1200. I had my water heater serviced by Black Hills Service Guard for the last 9 yrs and they never said that, they just fixed the problem & replaced the pilot light assembly. So I insisted that Dvorak do the same. They said they would be at my house at 3pm but they didn't actually arrive until 4pm. They had the right parts with them and when they left they said it was fixed. However, they had turned down the setting on the water heater to its lowest position A, which didn't give me any hot water. So I turned it to the C position and went to sleep. The next morning, I went to examine the water heater and it was spraying hot water all over the wall! It was coming from the connection between the overflow pipe and the side of the water heater. I called Dvorak about it and of course they said they didn't cause it and a new Water Heater would now cost me $1500,. I called around and got another company to install a 40gal replacement for $1000. Dvorak sent me a bill for $265 for the work they did.

While the plumber was nice enough he installed shower fixtures but tore out tile and cement board when he should have known better. He had access through a cupboard, but I didn't know any better until the tile lady came and saw the mess. Her jaw dropped!! Now I'll pay another 500.00 if this can even be fixed. The spigot doesn't look right either and hopefully I n his return he will fix this.
In addition, he left my washer water hose off and it is still leaking. I had shoulder surgery and lack the sttenght to tighten it adequately. While I will hold him to the work he has yet to do, I would not recommend these plumbers because of their inexperience.
