Best HVAC System Maintenance in Lexington KY

I had a nightmare of a time with my plumbing/sewer and luckily Joshua came to my rescue, he was just as nice and polite and very easy to talk to, he fixed my issue and I couldn't be more grateful to him. He was super professional and he worked really hard and he didn't stop until the job was done. And he even showed up early.

Noah was excellent at clearing a plug in our storm sewer. He followed up by running a camera down the line to determine if there were breaks or cracks. I recommend Dauenhauer Plumbing without reservation.

I recently needed someone to check out my air conditioning unit. Cecil's sent a young man that was very professional, told me exactly like he was doing, and then above and beyond and changed out my filters, checked my unit in my crawl space and was just an all around nice guy. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

My AC couldn't keep up in the Summer heat. It was over 80 degrees upstairs everyday for 2 weeks. I called Lovell and they sent a technician out the same day! He adjusted our units, added some freon, cleaned the systems and tested/inspected EVERYTHING. My upstairs immediately cooled down to 73 degrees and stayed there. VERY professional, honest and capable. I even got a call a couple days later asking me how my experience was. I don't typically write reviews, but I recommend them to anyone!

Justin Lacey was our service tech. One of the best service calls we have ever had. Not only is he a great service tech, he is also a kind and caring person. The world certainly needs more people like Justin.

I assume there is new ownership because I was stiffed on some warranty work a few years ago where what should have been a 15 minute job (where I alerted the technician that the problem was in the outside unit circuit board) ended up costing me over $400 in labor. When my high end thermostat went out I was advised it was under warranty, but wasn’t in stock. The weekend was set to be hot and I was scheduled for surgery later that day. I voiced my dismay regarding the prior experience and was told that a temporary thermostat could be installed that day at no charge which was done with just enough time for me to have my surgery (plate and screws in a fractured clavicle). Today the replacement thermostat was installed at a significant discount. Thanks!

We called two weeks ago to get a plumber out here to fix our jacuzzi tub about the faucet leaking. They told us it would be two weeks before they could get to us. We called today to see when they were coming because our issue has gotten worse. When the receptionist answered we were told we were still two weeks out. Who makes a customer wait a month before getting to them? I would not suggest using this company due to them not keeping to their word and just shows the lack of customer service they are willing to ensure. If they treat their customers like this then that should be a reliable assumption that the work they do isn’t top notch either.

Arronco came to service two different units on our property. Nothing was needed and the machines were working perfectly. Concerns were mentioned when needed, and simply stated that the concerns might become an issue down the line, but not to replace until broken. Honesty and class was represented. Thank you.

Wow! I have never been so impressed with a plumbing service!
I am in charge of getting our HOA's backwater valve cleaned each year and our old plumber isn't doing this kind of work anymore. I called King's Helper and the call was answered right away....no answering machine! I tried to explain what I wanted done but I was not explaining it very well since I had no idea what I was talking about. King's Helper actually called the past plumber for me and figured out what I wanted.
Jonathon came the next day and cleaned our backwater valve and all is well for another year. I will call King's Helper for ANY of our HOA's or personal plumbing needs in the future. I cannot say enough about how nice and helpful King's Helper was.
Easiest maintenance call I have ever made. Highly recommend !
