I have used Roto-Rooter previously and been satisfied with their work. However, the technician (Andrew) who came and helped me install a new water heater is above and beyond helpful in making sure that everything is operating correctly. I cannot thank him enough for taking care of our need, and as for me, learned quite a bit about water heater also. Thank you Roto-Rooter!!

I recently contracted PROfetick for a big job, complete removal of old plumbing supply and waste drainage lines, and installation of all new piping for a 1950 built home. The two fellows were very nice, very professional, very clean. We joined their service club and the discount from that paid for the cost of the membership. Hopefully we will not have to use it again, but we will call Lile if we do. I was impressed that, in the mail a couple days after the call, I received a package with toys for each of our cats! They are very nice and very thoughtful!

Today, after an absolute disaster created by DAUENHAUER PLUMBING, I met Master Plumber (of 68 years via family plumbing expertise) Mr. David Wiseman.

Serious, dedicated and so polite. Fixed the messes the young buck from Dauenhauer left us to cope with for five days! Then replaced the Faucet we asked DH to deal with. All this done at a cost at least half if not more the cost the inexperienced company folks at Dauenhauer were going to charge.

ONE WISE PERSON TO CALL ABOUT YOUR NEXT (small to medium sized job for sure) IS Mr. DAVID WISEMAN - SUPER PLUMBER TODAY IN MY EYES.

Oliver is the best. He was polite, efficient and fixed our toilet problem as quickly as possible. He also cleaned up afterward. We can’t recommend him enough.

We had an emergency situation saturday afternoon. i immediately started googling plumbers and either got voicemail or was politely informed i wouldnt be able to be seen today. Mike answered immediately and had someone to my home within 2 hours. He walked me through shutting off the main water line (we were misinformed about which valve was the primary in our crawl space). All that to say I am very pleased with the service, quality and responsiveness. Highly recommend and will be using again.
