The technician arrived on time. He explained what he was doing. He was professional and thorough. I have used Roto-Rooter for 10 years and have been satisfied each time I have needed service.

I have used this company for years, and they used to be reliable but their service is now a joke. My most recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I called for repairs to a shower handle, and when the service tech arrived they advised he couldn't fix it but they still charged me $193.00 for the service call. I understand the company has overhead costs, but I was shocked that they would charge so much without making any effort to fix my problem. I would have given a zero stars review but at least the service tech was pleasant and professional. Save yourself the time and call a different plumbing service.

We hired them to replace sewer line. Was told it would take a day and a half and took 8 days and project still isn't complete. We are left with basement concrete floor in shambles and other work undone because once the sewer pipe was actually connected we were done with this company. We will hire someone else to finish the work. Left several messages for owner to contact us only to be ignored. Crew never showed up when they were supposed to, always hours late if and when they did show up. Very stressful experience.

Worst place to do business. Show room people are unhelpful and when the make a mistake they don't take ownership.
It will cost you in the long run doing business here.

I was very pleased with my AC maintenance service call today. Tyler G was the technician and he was awesome! He thoroughly explained what the problem with the part was and what needed to happen. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

The Zoom Drain team utilized their state of the art camera, truck an equipment to identify and repair multiple outdoor down spout drain lines around our home that had been damaged due to irrigation piping being poorly installed years earlier. The gutter system was backing up and pooling large amounts of water around our home during the strong rain storms over the last few weeks. All of the gutter drain systems that were serviced are now working well and keeping the water away from the house.

Everyone was concerned about our comfort and satisfaction and it was obvious to me that they take pride in their work. Additionally, everyone was extremely nice! We are so happy that we used Bryant Heating and Cooling. Highly recommend!!

This guy is a fruitcake. Tell you one price then tell you another. Doesn’t show up then says he’s going to charge you $350. Don’t deal with this lunatic
