Best Repair Water Line In Lexington in Lexington KY

In the past few years I called on Fast Flow for two emergencies. The first time my basement was flooding during a major storm. There was close to ten inches of water. They came over and resolved the problem on the same day. Ended up having to put in a new sump pump. In less than 24 hours they came, assessed and provided a solution and implemented the solution. Very professional and explained everything very well. Never felt disrespected or abandoned. Last week we had a water line break. We had the same experience. Andrew and his team came over and assessed the situation, provided options and then got the job done. I am a big fan. They are timely, respectful and competent. I highly recommend them

Plumbing Systems got sent to us through our home warranty company for a claim. I have dealt with SO MANY BAD companies that my home warranty company referred to us. Plumbing Systems was AWESOME....they contacted me within two hours of placing the claim, were out the same day, worked with the insurance company, came back the next day to fix the problem, and then came back first thing the next day to correct a small issue that remained. By far the best experience from a contractor at all, not even just in plumbing. My wife immediately said we have to use these guys for all of our plumbing going forward - I could not agree more. I wish all service providers were like them - my life would be a whole lot easier.

I have nothing but good to say about Green Box and it's team members. Peter and Mike were fantastic! They were very curteous and polite, as well as respectful of my home. Peter put in some long, hot hours trouble shooting and solving a problem with my A/C. When he was done, he thoroghly explained what he had done and considerately answered all of my questions. In my experience, Green Box was quick to respond, arrived on time and can be trusted to send hardworking and caring technicians.
