Dean was wonderful— he was thorough, hardworking, as well as very easy and comfortable to have around (my project ran over the course of several weeks, and I worked from home a lot of those days while they were there with no issues). He did a great job— extremely pleased and will definitely ask for Dean in the future. Would highly recommend.

PSI was terrific! I had a difficult sewer replacement job. PSI was determined to do the job correctly and they did. We ran into a couple of surprises along the way. They immediately had options and solutions. All the crew was very professional and personable. They stuck with the job until it was properly completed. A company of integrity with honest and fair business practices. Prior to having Cecil's out to evaluate and service my ac unit at home, I had dealt with 3 different companies and not a one of them solved the problem. A friend of mine recommended Cecil's Heating & Air, so with nothing to lose my husband called them. They arrived early for appointment, evaluated our situation, found out what was wrong and within less than a week the work was done and now we have air conditioning that truly cools! Due to this experience I feel confident in highly recommending!

Great service and reliable

Overall the project was completed as promised with several modifications during the process that were handled reasonably well. General clean up could improve, but overall there were no issues with workmanship. Chris Thomas was an excellent resource as the project manager.

Jeremy and Edward were very professional, They accessed the problem, repaired my unit,and I have air. Edward also noticed a serious issue with my heating unit. Jeremy shut off the gas to the unit and informed me of the problem and what i needed to do to correct it. Needless to say, if my heating unit had continued on being used with the conditions that are wrong, it could of become a health hazard. Job well done to both young men. Thank you, Donna Beaty
