Best Plumbing Fixture in Lexington KY

I have twice hired John Marc from H20 Maestro for plumbing issues I had (garbage disposal and a leak beneath my tub). I asked for him personally the second time because he was so great the first time. First of all and perhaps most importantly he is great at what he does. He had a young apprentice with him (I'm forgetting his name--sorry!) and it was glad to know the young man was learning from a master. But John Marc also goes above and beyond: he found me a couple of coupons I wasn't aware of that saved me money on both jobs. And he's just a really pleasant and friendly person. Couldn't recommend him more highly.

Joe, Andy and Zach did a tremendous job of being persistent until they got my stubborn clog that two other plumbers could not get! Not only that, Joe tightened a wobbly toilet he discovered during the process!! Highly recommend (and I never fill out these surveys, but it was warranted)!

The plumber who repaired our water heater, Steven Hawkins, was excellent, efficient, and friendly. We will contact Dauenhauer for our next plumbing needs (hopefully, not soon!), and I will request that Mr. Hawkins be assigned to our job.

We had our water heater catch fire over the weekend. Thankfully didn't do anything, but make the water heater useless. Plumbing systems Inc, were great to work with. Very friendly and fast to come and replace the water heater and even had them install a drip pain as the previous water heater did not have one. Chris and DJ were awesome and we'd recommend them to anyone. We will definitely use them if needed in the future.

Dean was wonderful. He came quickly when the pipes bust back in early 2015. (I've used him ever since) He fixed the pipes quickly and then he offered to come back when it wasn't after hours pay.. Which I thought was extremely thoughtful given most business take as much as they can get! He came back immediately. Was always efficient and on time, very thorough. I have called him for every problem we have encountered since. Each time, same thing! Professional, humble, great pricing, excellent work! Would highly recommend to ANYONE! Not once did I ever feel overcharged for the amount of work he did! (And as consumers we know house calls are never cheap!.... So that is saying a lot!)

Distinctive Design did a beautiful job on our roofed porch addition. We were very pleased with the workmanship and the caliber of personnel. Our Project Manager was excellent and kept us informed during the entire project. We would highly recommend them.

I couldn't believe how quickly Chris responded to our need. He arrived on time, was speedy in his evaluation and promptly fixed our problem.
