Cody came to my home in a very timely manner and was very professional I enjoyed meeting and working with him. The price is a little steep for me at the moment but I hope that I can work them in the future to get the things done that I need to have done in my home

I called PSI and they were able to pin point my issue and help me get it solved all while keeping me open during the process! I am so thankful for this team and will sing their praises to everyone! I had a gentleman come out to my house in Paris. Looked at my shower and tub(leaking faucet and broken diverter). Was there maybe 15 minutes. Told my they couldn't get the parts I needed and that I would have to get them myself. I ended up repairing myself with a part I ordered offline. Charged me $80 for nothing.

I cannot tell you how pleased I am with Fayette Heating and Air. Their new Comfort Program, is so affordable and also gets you discounts. The servicer I got, was intelligent, professional, and explained things perfectly. I highly recommend them. Their office staff is also fabulous.

We've had a great experience working with DDR for our home addition and garage projects.

We saw DDR at the Lexington home and garden show and they set up a meeting for us at our home. We discussed our vision of what we wanted, they looked over our property to see if that was possible, worked with us on financing, then had their design team make blueprints. We reviewed and approved those plans and a few weeks later they began construction. Our project manager Kyle gave us updates along the way. Communication was great all along the way, it seemed like they really wanted to know that every little aspect of the project was what we wanted. I highly recommend DDR!

Prompt courteous service

The service visit was very informative. He took pictures of the actual problem in the attic and on the unit Outdoors. He provided me with all kinds of details on options. The service is actually going to be provided the same day as the evaluation. I could not be happier!

They completed work, then the city said a final inspection was needed that they didn't do. We called them repeatedly and finally got a hold of them and Mike said can't call him and get same day service and hung up on us. Terrible company!

We had an emergency situation saturday afternoon. i immediately started googling plumbers and either got voicemail or was politely informed i wouldnt be able to be seen today. Mike answered immediately and had someone to my home within 2 hours. He walked me through shutting off the main water line (we were misinformed about which valve was the primary in our crawl space). All that to say I am very pleased with the service, quality and responsiveness. Highly recommend and will be using again.

When you have an issue and need something done in a timely matter GO ELSEWHERE!! Set a time for them to come and evaluate an issue that I am having. I was given a two hour window; so I took off work and waited.....and waited. After the time passed of when they were supposed to arrive (call first) I called them and was given an excuse as to why they didn't arrive, but told they would be there in an hour. Nothing. They never called or showed.
Very poor customer service.

Fixed the problem but I could have bought a new commode for what I paid him. Had another guy with him to and I did not really understand that. This company charges 126 dollars just to come out. He worked fast and no wonder. I did not have time to even think so after Ken left I thought just 30 dollars more I could have bought, like I said a new commode. If he had been about the customer I believe he would have ask me if I wanted to buy a new commode because the time I paid him I could just about buy a brand new commode!!
