Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

We had burglary in our place and we got flooded. We contacted LV Restoration and plumbing right away. They response time was so quick. They checked our place right away and coordinated with our insurance company. Blane was the person in charge for our place. He is the best contractor we can ever have. He worked so fast and efficient. He coordinated with us for the kitchen reno, paint color, wall repair, he even added some extra touches in our home. I highly recommend Rick & his team. They were very honest with me regarding the price. I was told $375 to install the water filtration system & they were honest & charged me $275 because some of the plumbing was already there. They could have just lied to me & charged me what I was originally told ($375), but they didn’t.

I needed a report for my unit ,I was charged 90 dls for the service and is been a week since I request a detailed report from the inspection to turn it In To my home owners insurance and I still don’t have the report ,I have the invoice with my whole name spelled wrong ,I can’t even turn in the in once since the name is all wrong ,very very bad service ,I called 3 times requesting the report and still nothing ,I’ll make my 4th attempt see if this company listen to me .Very bad service and the marketing in the media is all lies .

Ran late and kept pushing the time back and we eventually had to reschedule. They came on the reschedule date and were prompt and efficient.

Amazing service! Scheduling was a breeze and they had someone out to me very quickly. Levi was very kind and patient with me when going over all over my options to replace my ancient water heater. He was able to get me taken care of quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price.

Fast, friendly, and fair

I love that they were available to come out and install a water heater the same day. Even when I was indecisive on whether to use them. Opio came to inspect the first time, he was though and knowledgeable in explaining the problem. Willing to do the work that moment. I hesitate because I thought I could do it cheaper. After calling different company out they seem like handyman. So I called Active Plumbing back which was the next day; and Issac came and did the work the same day. Their uniform are professional looking and their mannerisms was excellent. I felt confident I made the right decision. The water heater looks so nice and I finally have some hot water after being without for 5 days. I highly recommend.

Excellent work and on time service

I used FloPro to replace a leaky Hot water heater and was so happy with their prices and work, I decided to update and upgrade my whole house water filtration/conditioning system as well. They are professional, VERY responsive and have very competitive prices. They will be my go to plumbers from now on.

Keno seemed like agood and reliable guy. We did not accept the quote offer as it was about $500.00 higher than we had it done for which was quality workmanship.
