Never showed up, never called, don't waste your time!

We highly recommend In-House Plumbing and Angel! My husband was hanging some floating shelves in my office and drilled through a pipe behind the wall. Water came shooting out practically flooding the room. Several calls to different plumbing companies with no results, we finally called In-House and Angel came right over. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We will always go to Angel for any plumbing issues!

Jason was very professional and quick to fix my issue! He explained what he was doing and how to prevent the issues in the future in a comprehensive way. Taylor was quick to answer the phone and was also extremely professional! Fair price for an excellent job.

I particularly impressed with the professionalism and flexibility of Adrian Nunez. He was able to accommodate our need. He is actually here to do the cooling maintenance but because it was already done by another company last April I asked him if he can do the heating instead. His response was you tell me what you need and that's what I'll do. The reason I asked that is we're not coming back until April next year and I want to make sure the heating is properly maintain prior to upcoming winter.Definitely Adrian is the kind of technician anybody should have.

Mach 1 Plumbing was called out due to water coming up through the asphalt in the main drive of an association. They came out on a holiday and marked the street to identify where work needed to be done which included digging up the asphalt. Call before you dig was also contacted and repair scheduling was already set to be done within 72 hours! Other companies take 3 days to contact call before you dig which just delays repairs and contributes water waste.

On repair day they, technicians, arrived earlier than scheduled and water was shut down no earlier, or later, than scheduled. Considering the main supply line to the 107 unit community was 6ft deep and leaking profusely we expected it to take all day before water would be restored to the residents. Pleasantly surprised and completely unexpected, the water was restored within 3.5 hours! All of the material from excavation was replaced and the entire job completed within less than a full day.
MACH 1 Plumbing does the job they say they are going to do and they do it right.

Often times owners become restless or agitated with the length of time it takes for repairs and often call management if someone even takes a break or is doing nothing onsite. Instead of complaints, Homeowners and Board Members contacted management with their extreme pleasure in the quick, efficient and cleanly manner of which they performed their job..... Even the owner most known for finding something wrong (or left out of place) text messaged me saying I'm not sure where you found this outfit but I am extremely pleased with these people. They got my wanted on in a short time and they didn't even leave a mess. You need to keep them on speed dial and only use them from now on...

Hips Plumbing is #1 once again in my book with plumbing servcies. I used them again because they provided excellent service to us with our condo last year. Although, they couldn't help resolve my issue with our RO system. I can tell you that these guys provide HONEST opinions and does not try to upsell you. They tell it as it is. They also didn't charge me since they couldn't help, while some other companies may charge you for just coming out. I really appreciate them doing this for me and was able to provide an honest opinion on my situation with our RO system. You can't beat that. If I ever have a plumbing problem instead of electrical. I would not hesistate for a second to call these guys and pay them to do it. No questions asked! Thank you Nick!

The main water pipe in my front yard was leaking, and my water bills were enormous. They quickly detected where the leak was, and replaced the whole system from the water meter to the house. They were prompt, professional, including the phone staff, and reasonable in price. They refilled the trench they dug, and replaced the dirt, stones and edging so no one could even tell they had been moved. They also helped to secure financing for me. I would happily recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

We had an issue where all of our pipes were banging every time we turned on the water. Gave these guys a call and they came out right away. Very knowledgeable and got to the issue right away. Will use them again, fair prices, great service.

I usually don't leave a review unless its a really bad experience or super good one, and in this case Plumbing Solutions was awesome!!! Andy my technician was extremely professional and timely. He had everything fixed by the end of the night. Even returned back to fix another issue within a day. If you ever have any plumbing issues don't waste your time just call these guys they will get it done right and not to mention their prices are comparable so when you add the great service its a no brainer.

Do Not Use! In My Opinion, This Company Is Very Suspicious!
Darren came by June 1st 2023 to provide an estimate, arriving about 2 hours late I might add. I also had to call twice for an update, instead of them letting me know what’s going on. He sold me on the idea of coming back the next day (June 2, 2023) around 2PM. He never showed up. I tried contacting him, but got no reply. I called the office and spoke with someone named Mike. He said Darren showed up and had tried to reach me but was unable to and left. I told him I have security cameras around my house and I can attest he never showed up and he never tried to call. What worries me is a stranger who is clearly not reliable or honest, now has my personal information, such as my home address, what my property layout is like, my gate code and he also asked me if I had a dog. That, along with wasting your value time, is a reason why I would NOT recommend this business.
