Was offered a free duct cleaning and inspection. When he got here he said that he was going to do the inspection and then he would give me an estimate. He did not do anything except look around and then told me it would be $1500 to clean the air ducts. The guy was super nice but didn't do what was promised.

I highly recommend Dino's Plumbing. I had called a different plumber that was recommended by a colleague, to replace two gas risers on our property. The other company came out for a free estimate, and after digging two holes to look at the risers, wanted to charge us $2,500 for 'exploratory' work. Their quote was $6,000 to replace the two risers. I don't know plumbing, but have plenty common sense and these quotes were insane. After that, I called Dino's and they've been great to work with since. They gave me a (real) free estimate and completed the work for just under $1,000. They were very professional and did great work. Recently, I needed several exterior pipes and spigots repaired and Dino's did a great job again. It's so nice to have found an honest, family run business. Thank's Dino's!

Raptor plumbing installed the plumbing in my daughter's new home. It has never worked from day one. We have had them out several times and all they say is we use too much toilet paper, or you have to flush every toilet everyday. Once again, the toilets will not work and they absolutely refuse to take responsibility for the shoddy installation and told me point blank that they fixed the issue. The issue has NEVER EVER EVER BEEN fixed. Stay far far away from this company and never purchase a home where they did the plumbing installation.

Our plumbing problem was a nightmare. I called Orchard Plumbing, described my situation and even sent pictures. They could tell this would be an easy fix, and rather than coming out and charging me, they talked me through fixing the problem on my own which saved me with time and money. Sanderson Plumbing was referred to us by a friend who had used them. I found them very responsive, on time, professional, and reasonable. The work was done quickly and the installer made sure that we were happy with the work. Owner made a follow-up to also make sure we were happy with the work.

Honest and quick. They fixed the problem on one days notice. We had a leak. A different plumbing company insisted that we need to tear up concrete slabs etc to find the leak. Jump 2 it, on the other hand, diagnosed it as a faulty water softener and offered us options of bypassing it (cheaper) or replacing it. We replaced it with a non leaking and more efficient new unit and they also installed a pipe conduit for our air conditioners discharge to go into a water fountain and fixed another faucet in the back yard. A+++. work. I highly recommend this company.

Sound Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is the best plumbing and water heater company in the Las Vegas/Henderson area. We woke up one morning recently to a major leak from our hot water heater and had to make the call to Sound Plumbing. The staff was friendly, courteous and concerned. Although they couldn't get out to us right away (extremely busy-a good sign), Sean walked me through the disconnect of the hot water heater over the phone during his off hours, so that we could do the repair work to the damaged drywall prior to the heater replacement.

Once we had the drywall repaired, Noel arrived on time, grabbed the broken heater and headed back out to get the replacement. He returned about an hour later (having had to go to 2 different warehouses) to install. He had everything he needed and knocked it out quickly. Noel was professional and competent. He even spent time to review future options such as a tank-less water heater at my request. The entire staff was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Sound Plumbing & Heating, Inc. You will not be disappointed. Consequently, this was not the first time I have used them, repeat customer for life!
